The hot water runs out after showering for a while, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the apartment does not provide toothbrushes, so guests need to bring their own. Being close to the street, it can get a little loud at times.

The apartment is newly refurbished, which gives it a fresh and modern feel. The bed was very comfortable, the location is very convenient, being close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, the apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need, from kitchen appliances to laundry facilities.

Parking is on the street for free, but the neigbourhood is VERY busy so prepare to search a long time for a spot, or just to have luck.

This place was brand new, but misses some appliances in the kitchen. Cleaniness was very good. Stayed with family and enjoyed!

Everything was great

Fantastic Studio. Liked everything. Was the lucky one to get in the property first as it was brand new. The studio had everything you need. All brand new even the plastic was still there on the mattress. Both beds (double bed and sofa bed) were so comfortable. We got the best, restful sleep. Spacious kitchen, with microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Full serving set, cutlery, glasses. Coffee machine and kettle. Again - all brand new. You also have space for your belongings. Big wardrobe with lots of space for luggage and bags and shelves. And another wardrobe with rails, hangers and shelves. Modern bathroom. Clean bedding and towels. The whole studio is so modern, clean and spotless. Communication with host was easy and quick. Very welcoming, polite and friendly. Highly recommended. If I go back to Valencia definitely will stay there again.

i didn't like the key situation the door auto locks and is unlocked using my phone which i felt could be unreliable or if i left my phone inside i couldn't get back in would rather a key

Flat is new, with all necessary services, a stable wifi included. We had a little problem to understand how to access to the flat (my fault) and host was available to help us immediately. Position is good, close to the metro for the airport and to bus for marina and downtown. Strongly recommended

Cozy and new/fully equipped apartment. Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is near the metro station, metro is one of the best way to go city center or you can use uber and it takes 10€-15€. Street parking is free of charge, also apartment has private park with affordable price.

This is not an apartment but a shop. There are no windows, only a door that opens directly onto a set of large garbage cans on the street. As can't open the non-existing window, we had to run the AC, but then one bed would constantly be hit by the AC which is not very convenient with children. We booked for 4 but the bed was made for 2 only, so we had to set things up.

The interior was nice, new and modern, well-equipped. The location was easy to access with the public transport. The host was friendly, we could get in earlier than the check in time and the phone access is convenient.

The photos on booking doesn’t allow you to know - the room has no transparent windows, apartment on the first flor with entrance right from the street, like in office. After 7 p.m. many loud sounds of the street and nearby facilities appears and it’s difficult to sleep.

Apartment was clean, well equipped, with new furniture, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

The entrance is directly from the street, just behind the sofa. There is a lot of noise when the city is awake.

The place is new and it is equiped with all that you need for a good stay. The host answers very quick for all the needs that we had.
