Room heating was a big issue. We visited there at the end of February. Weather was pleasant outside but room was stuffy and terribly hot.we tried to adjust the temperature and also requested housekeeping staff to do the same, even they couldn't solve the issue. We had to keep our windows open at night, but those kept banging throughout because of the winds. This problem need attention

Well planned room with microwave, small sink for water and washing tea cups, well equipped bathroom..full utilization of space. We were 3 people in the room and it was very comfortable for us. Separate toilet was a big plus.

Nothing, hotel is basic but as expected

Room was big, clean, with a nice view of the town across the river. With a small kitchenette with a microwave, and very big bed. Excellent to travel with a young child. Right across from the centre, just a few minutes walk

A little noise during the Easter Week , since procesiones end up really late, until 4 a.m.

The Location . All the Procesiones during Easter week. You can go walking to many turistic attractions. The staff is very nice.

The location of the hotel was incredibly fabulous👌 just perfect for Semana Santa in particular! Very close to the city centre, 15 minutes walking distance from the train station. Around 20 minutes walking distance from La malagueta Beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable!

Room - pillows are crap because the down splits in half. Our window faced the wall of another building, so there was no view or rather we had view of graffiti on the building's wall. Breakfast - eggs looks and taste like powdered and this was horrible. Around 9-9:30 there is a crowd at breakfast and on the weekend there is even a problem with getting a table.

Modern, nice and clean room, located on the first floor. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom and toilet separately. The bathroom is very large with a bathtub and a shower, very comfortable and clean. The towels were soft and fresh, changed every day and the room was cleaned. The air conditioning works independently of the windows (they do not have to be closed and can also be heated, e.g. we were there in winter and after airing it at night, it was nice to turn it on for 15 minutes to warm up the room). The 24-hour reception is nice and speaks English. There is a lot of choice for breakfast. The staff cleaning and bringing missing products on a regular basis, so that's a big plus. The city of Malaga itself is very interesting. Everyone will find something for himself. There is a lot to see, there is a great atmosphere and we were there during the carnival parades, so it was crowded, but on the other hand the atmosphere was great.

It's more like an old 3-star hotel! Unprofessional staff! The washroom is very small, like an airplane lavatory! Mediocre breakfast! Not definitely worth the money you pay for!

Heating can’t be adjusted even when the outside temperature goes up during the day, so it becomes too hot in the room without any way to reduce the heating (had to open windows)

The carpet looked quite used, stained and dirty. The rest of the apartment was spotless clean but the carpet left unpleasant impression.

The room was not very sound proof, but that was a just minor inconvenience.

The room was clean and big, it was nice to have a separate bathtub and shower, the breakfast was wonderful. But the best part was the staff, they were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely book a room again if I come to Málaga.

Even though this was unseasonal temperatures unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was turned off. It was very uncomfortable for the last two evenings. Windows had to be left wide open all night. Don’t think the daily rate reflected the reduction in service.

The proximity of the property ti the old town. Breakfast was ideal. Room cleaned daily up to a very good standard.
