Sometimes we noticed smelly piping, probably the shower, despite the bathroom was very clean as the whole apartment.

Great position, in Fariones, very close both to the beach, in a 5 minutes walk you can reach both playa grande and playa Chica, and to the promenade with shops and restaurants, but in a relatively quiet spot. The bedrooms windows are facing the street but are very well insulated. Ceiling fan in every beedrom and A/C in the living area. Nice terrace. Aparment was very clean, well equipped and the beds are comfy.

It didn't bother us too much but there is some street noise, which is to be expected from the excellent location. The shutters did a good job of keeping it out.

Great apartment in an ideal location for the Old Town, Playa Chica and along the Avenida. Very spacious and clean inside, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds (best bed linen we've had in any property). Lovely view from the balcony, which gets the afternoon sun. We didn't meet Jorge in person but his communication was second to none and really made our stay so relaxed.

This is my favourite location, short walk from the Old Town and short walk from the "Strip". There is now a large supermarket within 5 mins walk in a new shopping centre called SOCO. There are two smaller older ones within a stones throw but for a first stock up on arrival the new big one is good. When I booked this apartment I had only major concern which was the noise from such a busy street as both windows faced it. So the window has a shutter of sorts on the outside(s) and when that it closed as well you wouldn't know you were even on a major road. With the ceiling fans and A/C in the living area we never needed to open a window. It was 29c most day and 21c at night. Apartment has, we'd say, everything you'd need. Kitchen fully stocked with importantly a kettle(microwave/utensils etc), bathroom has a hair dryer which you can move to another room where one has a very large mirror. From the pictures you already know it's modern and nicely decorated and it is. The TV is a Smart TV with Wifi in the apartment as well. You can link your Youtube,Netflix,Prime,Disney etc on the TV. I see the apartment scores low for Wifi. We had perfect Wifi and a perfect connection whilst there. Why would you chose the area? We always choose around Playa Chica and people ask us why. 5 mins up the hill is the Biosphea shopping centre(Zara, Bershka, Levis, Guess and more) and also our favourite bars, 5-10 walk west and you're in the old town with bars and restaurants and 5-10 east along the strip and you begin the long line of bars and restaurants. For us we never have to take a taxi anywhere but we see people every day queuing for taxis. For tours around the island one of the pick up points is literally across the road. Hiring a car? Parking around is free. It's not ample but we were never more than a 5 mins walk from the door to the car. We WILL book this again!

I was greeted with a warm and detailed welcome by Jorge who explained everything and answered any questions I had. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled near the old town, 200m from playa chica beach and a short walk from the main strip. Excellent facilities, quiet at night and right beside some fantastic small cafes and restaurants (La Golosa and Bistro Arbol to name 2). Highly recommend and will be booking here on my return.
