The only thing I could find is very bad decaf :D But I dont think that will problem to anyone. So many cafes around, you can just go and find another decaf. Also - nobody will die without their decaf. So its a small thing. :)

The hotel is very nice, we even got upgrade to Suite and it was so beautiful, the bed was so comfy, Rituals comestics in shower, the terracce, the green area, the friendly staff, the max central location, pool for sports, pool for kids, pool for relaxing, beautiful view from relaxing pool to the mountains. Everything very close. Super.

Modern, so so clam and relaxing. Most of the guests where cyclists or young families, which made for a relaxing environment. Food was excellent!

We had an apartment at the basement and sometimes in the room there was a smell of drain especially in the mornings. The rest was absolut fantastic

The location of the hotel was absolut amazing. We walked to Alcúdia in about 50 minutes at the beach and the beachfront was like 1 min away. We loved the pools und the breakfast

Smoking policy. Smoking on the balcony from other rooms is annoying. The hotel should provide smoking and non-smoking rooms in order to avoid inconvenience for non-smoking guests. There is no entertainment or playground/playzone for kids.

We had our holidays for the first time in this hotel. Definitely we will come back and recommend to our friends. Just a few minutes from the amazing beach. Heated sport pool and internal leisure pool, it was great to enjoy there. Food was on the high level. The room was cozy, especially with a huge balcony, where you can stay all day long. The staff was friendly and polite.

- ordered a sport massage, which was not really sport and a bit pricey - room for 3 ppl was not set for 3 people and lacked some pillows and proper cleaning - the gym is very tiny.

Very spacious rooms and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was outstanding and has everything you could ever want to eat. There is a bus stop right outside if you want to go into the main town. Loved the pool with the lane swimming.

- Rooms are not very soundproof due to the large glass front and generally quite clairaudient - Gym could be equipped better - Parking space is quite limited to max 10 cars. However, during April there was always a public parking spot in the streets available nearby

Laundry service was too expensive, but it was possible to use a self service laundry about 2km away.

Spacious and clean rooms and a huge bathroom. Excellent choice of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Good choice for families and bicycle holidays. Bus station is in front of the hotel.

Hard to say, as I stayed only for a night. If I have to say something would be the spa closing too early. But that's a very minor objection since you don't really want to be there with such a beach just a stone's throw to the hotel.

The style of the hotel is modern and the room was really comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. Peaceful place, you can breathe in the air that it's a place for hardcore cyclists and sporty people.

We loved absolutely everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is great. Room was filled with natural light, spacious, clean, neat. Bed super big, comfortable and well located within the room. All the facilities top-notch and the spa delightful. The breakfast, one of the best I ever had in a hotel. And a special mention to the staff, professional, friendly and positive. John was really helpful and especially kind with us. Big kudos to everyone for creating such a lovely atmosphere!!!

I was here in October and the water temperature in the outdoor pool was so cold that it was impossible to stay in there for more than 2 minutes. I guess I should return in the summer :)

We liked everything in this property! The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes to go to the most beautiful beach with blue water! We were upgraded with Premium room, and the size was quite big for family with 3 people. The bed is very good. The food is amazing during breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend!!!!
