Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe children’s entertainment only lasted 15-20 minutes of an evening which could have been longer.
We paid £400 for 5 days and it was great value for money. The room was modern and clean, the facilities around the complex were ok and the food was always fresh. The staff went above and beyond especially the entertainment staff.

United KingdomIt sounds like there are some issues at the restaurant. Not having enough cutlery can be inconvenient, and the WiFi not working can be frustrating, especially if you were hoping to stay connected. If they want to resolve the problem with the WiFi, they should put Wi-Fi extenders in every bungalow. The blankets are very old and torn.
That sounds absolutely picturesque! Bungalows nestled atop rocks with a stunning view of the sea and surrounded by lush trees—what a serene getaway spot.

Polandwe slept in bungalows that were renovated, I read that but for sure didn't notice that :) rooms were just ok, not so clean bathrooms but generally good value for the money. Swimming pools were old but nice and all the staff were just amazing! Food was rather ok too, it was always possible to eat fresh fish :)

ChinaThe meal is not high quality, not too much choice , but it maybe due to the cost is very low.
It’s a beach view hotel and the price contains all the meal, it’s very convenient!

United KingdomReception staff not the best, no smiles, looking bored and annoyed. Rest of the staff quite great, especially in the bars. We stayed in one of the bungalows, the view is great, air con working, however, I agree with rest of the comments, that in a need of repair. Also private. The whole ground is good looking with nice views, with a bit of refurb this could be an amazing place where to stay. Dinner is very basic, but not bad at all. No beach towels, bring your own. Make sure to keep the receipt for the plastic cup deposit or it will not be returned. Reception should make this obvious upon check in. On a budget, a great place to spend few days, especially if you have a car and want to visit any outside attractions.

IrelandDownside to our enjoyable stay was our room unfortunately. Broken air con unit, smell of damp and not to mention a major ant infestation. Rooms could do with a serious revamp, lots of bad DIY ''fix it'' jobs. On a more positive note - the bed sheets, towels and bathroom were spotless. Another family member had an identical room next door with none of the above complaints so guess it's just the luck of the draw.
2 Star Resort so expect nothing more. The bar, restaurant and pool areas were fabulous and very family friendly. Entertainment every night until 11pm SHARP, some nights were questionable but enjoyable all the same. Couldn't fault the all inclusive food and drinks - amazing selection for every meal. All drinks are served in your own plastic cup (provided by the resort) - great idea once you get used to it. The location of the resort is off the beaten track - we needed to hire a car to get around. But all in all great value for money, would recommend it to a friend and would definitely go back.

United KingdomI think the café should close a bit later, or at least leave a machine of coffee and drinks outside, as there are not many options around in the area. I didn't like the music, I think it should be a bit more chill out, to give a resort "spa" vibes... but I understand what most people like.
They have a really big property, with many options of spaces to relax, 3 pools, yoga and activities, great view for the ocean.

United KingdomAccess to beach was via steep staircase. Gave up after the hundredth step.
Stayed here as it was the closest hotel to where our family had hired a villa. We paid £88 for one night for two for an all inclusive! Not a luxury resort but can’t complain for value for money. Room fitted with air con. Not the most comfortable mattress but we both slept well. Food was as you expect from an all inclusive. We stayed in a 4 start inclusive on the same visit and food was very similar. The hotel provides you with a cup per person for drinks around the resort which is a great idea to reduce plastic waste. Plenty of parking space.

United KingdomVery outdated, lots of things don't work anymore or are in terrible shape (mini golf etc) a lot of activities don't even take place even thou they are advertised (volleyball, waterpolo, archery...) No coffee in the main restaurant for lunch or dinner. Alcohol (vodka, whiskey, rum, gin tequila) is 25% 😂 so if you want to get in the mood you need to buy proper alcohol from the supermarket by the reception (about 18 euros for a bottle😉)
Private little bungalows, AC working nicely, good food with fish every day, tennis courts, nice swimming pools, amazing water in the sea just down the stairs (a lot of them but it's well worth the effort), entertainment every evening from 9-11pm and night club every evening from 11:30pm-2am Free parking outside. 18min to the airport by car All inclusive is from 8-23 but from 23:30-2am you can buy drinks from the night club, reasonable priced 7 euro for a cocktail and 3 euro for a shot, well worth it cause its real alcohol not like the stuff from all inclusive😂

FranceFirst thing the check-in, I don't know why I was waiting for almost one hour to do the checking and I am the second person in the queue, so for one person they stay one hour ! And when it was my turn it was kind of 10 minutes to do the check-in. Secondly, the room is not that good. The bedroom is not comfortable. Finally, the food is not that good too, it's an all inclusive food, we will not expect something really good but it was only one time that we found something delicious! All inclusive snacks are in one place, you have to cross all the hotel to reach the bar, not all the bars have snacks and we didn't find something to eat too. If they improve the food quality, add more snacks bar points. It will be nicer.
Mallorca is always a good plan, the club is interesting especially if you have kids. With more improvement it will be more valuable and more interesting.

United KingdomWe didn't like the fact that you had to pay for some cheap plastic cups to use for the entire stay and walk around with them and we couldn't even get our 'deposit' back as we didn't keep the 'receipt'. There were only cheap local drinks available. The beach was too far away. Some of the evening entertainment was really inappropriate for children. If you arrive at night, make sure to have cash or something to drink with you, as you can not purchase anything to drink or eat after 11 pm.
We liked the resort as a whole, the food and some of the evening entertainment. The staff was helpful most of the times and we were provided with facilities to store our luggage on the day of departure

LithuaniaThere is no beach, the hotel is located on a cliff. Ti set to the shore takes about 350steps. Impossible to swim due to the rocks in the water. The parking lot on the top -very small with dangerous sharp rocks, whick might get a puncture on a wheel. The funniest thing-the deposit mugs for drinks, which the clients must take with themselves to get a drink. Something ackward! The deposit is refunded when checking out. No drink menus at the bars, just you have to guess or say your wishes. Too short lunch time. No Wifi in rooms. Payable. Free only at the reception building. The matraces must be changed. Room cleaning only every second day. Needs removation! Lack of staff.
Nice sea view. But not all rooms or bungallows have such. Nice and clean swimming pools. The food is good enough.

Food was good, also the beach was great and very beautiful. Boungallos were also nice. Staff is friendly. Its perfect for family vacation. Cocktails are medium, but acceptable. They also have other sport attractions and that is also good. Definitely recommend.

IrelandMy family and I are Vegan/ vegetarian. That was a serious struggle in lunch time and dinner. 2 of the days we end up having chips and peas because everything else had either fish or meat mixed together in the dish. I'd say a bit more o inclusivity for all kinds of public in the restaurant is due, as also there allergic people (dairy, seafood, meat) who won't be able to benefit from the restaurant.
The club is huge and full of attractions, staff are amazing. The Bangalow is more like a room and toilete, but very acceptable, the location is very good if you are driving, quick access to nearby markets. The all inclusive is handy if you don't want to bother to leave the club to dinner or lunch, the breakfast is excellent plenty of options and of course openbar of booze all day.
