Location of some of the apartments are above bars and restaurants which are extremely loud at night . Pool at times was extremely crowded .

My husband has a wheelchair requested a ground floor we were put up in the very top was like Mount everest had ordered a scooter b 4 we came over it wasn't able for the hill they really don't cater for handicap

We would have benefited from a concierge to help us with our luggage as there sure are a lot of hills and steps in this complex (the reception held our bags as we parked, but didn't take them to our room). Note that there is a large free parking lot available just outside of, and adjacent to, the F (Fuschia) block. If you park in the free parking lot, you can use your hotel key (which you pick up at the reception desk during check-in) to pass through a gate between the parking lot and the hotel complex. This free parking lot is a nice benefit and is very convenient to walk to, but it is a bit tricky to drive to (Google maps gave incorrect directions). It's located off the TF-1 frontage road (stay right and don't accidently get on the TF-1 when driving from the hotel to the parking lot.)

Absolutely lovely, modern, and clean apartment with a small, stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, and large private patio. We just loved our patio, with its dining table, two lounge chairs, a big umbrella and a wonderful view overlooking the pool area. We were living in paradise. Note there are 11 different blocks with letters and names such as A (Acadia block), B (Begonia block), C (Camelia block), etc. I think your location could really affect your stay. For example, the blocks and rooms on the lower levels are closer to the restaurants (near the reception area) and would require fewer stairs/hills to climb, but may be more noisy at night. The blocks farther away would require more walking uphill, but may be more quiet at night. We were in Room 201 in the C block, which was up a few hills (no issue for us), very quiet at night, and with a nice view over the pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a 3 year old with us and the heated pool wasn’t working so we only went to the pool twice while in holiday as it was too cold. Also we got told by a lifeguard that he couldn’t take a small ball in the pool. My daughter also likes to wear an overlay on top of her costume in the pool to prevent sunburn and this wasn’t allowed either.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely.

Some loud music coming from the bars within the hotel complex but we were prepared for this as we had seen it on previous reviews.

A very clean hotel within walking distance of the beach. The rooms were large and had a good balcony. Good amenities. Check in process was easy and staff were always helpful. Pools were clean and had lots of beach chairs.

Aspects of the apartment were a bit tired. Air con unit on the small balcony wasn’t ideal - noisy and blowing hot air. Lots of steps. Shame the balconies were separate.

Great location. Pool was well kept and life guards always present. Lovely views from apartment. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning in all rooms.
