Everything was great

We had a great time at the Sunset Paradise. The location was perfect as it wasn't right in the city centre, allowing us to escape the main tourist area; however, there were still many facilities around. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures, and the view from the apartment is spectacular. It was very well-equipped, and I loved the attention to detail. Francesca and Lorenzo were amazing hosts. They answered all our questions, gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat, and were helpful the entire time. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent communication with hosts who kept in touch prior to our arrival. Warmly greeted by Lorenzo outside on arrival and shown up to the apartment. The lifts are very good. Apt is perfect, spacious, spotlessly clean and modern with great sea views. Lovely welcoming touch of bottle/soft drinks etc in the fridge. Also some supplies of coffee, cooking oils, sugar, salt/pepper etc. We enjoyed our own breakfasts sitting at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony enjoying the sea/mountain views. Large comfy bed, slept very well. Nice and quiet at night. Good wardrobe/drawer space with plenty hangers and a safe. Excellent spacious walk-in shower. Appreciated the extras of finding shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser etc and also beach towels and parasols provided which we took to poolside and also used at the beach. Apt also has a washing machine. An excellent bar at poolside with very friendly owners. Very laid back, relaxing vibe with good music, great cocktails and tasty snacks. Location of apt is excellent, very central, with shops, bars, supermarket and some great restaurants on the doorstep. Enjoyed walks to the beaches close by and to view the stunning coastline. Good bus service too if you do wish to visit other areas for the day. Loved our stay at this apt and Playa Paraíso and would most definitely stay here again. Big thank you to our hosts.

I cannot really find anything to be negative about, maybe the only inconvenience was that it was difficult to find a parking spot nearby. But it's the high season, so it's understandable

The apartment is superb: nicely designed, well-equipped, very clean and in a great location. Francesca and Lorenzo are great hosts, we'll definitely come back if the opportunity arises!

This apartment is the perfect choice! It is so beautifully designed, everything is clean and organised. In the apartment there is everything You need and more - there is a hair dryer, iron, toiletries, everything for cooking etc. Great bed and stunning view from the balcony. Nice and easy communication with owners. There is a possibility to leave the car next to the house for extra fee which we would recommend to use - much more easier than to look for free spots on the street. We are looking forward to come back again to this great apartment!

Nothing, the property was excellent. Pool bar was closed most days but there’s a supermarket outside complex, Pool toilets need attention, but we would return in a heart beat. Complex has bus stop across the road with hourly buses running to fanabe, st Eugene, las americas and Los cristianos hourly, with last bus at 11:00 , so good transport links. The property was spotless, with a lovely welcome pack from Francesca and Lorenzo. Airport transfers were also arranged, nothing was too much trouble.

The property was stunning, luxury apartment, with everything you need,the complex was quiet which was lovely , we almost had the pool to ourselves which was fab.

The drainage gets cleaned In the mornings so there can be a little smell in the bathroom. Keep the fan on and air it out during the day or keep the door closed.

Absolutely loved this places vibe, cleanliness, views and decor. It appears much better in reality vs the pictures. The hosts (Lorenzo and Francesca) were very informative and attentive to us. It has all the necessities including hair dryer, toiletries, ironing, steam iron and beach towels. There's awesome food at your door step and it's in the perfect location to see all the attractions without having to travel far.

Amazing flat with beautiful view, especially during the sunset! Looks exactly like on the pictures. Big two pools, where you can swim and enjoy the sun :) Very well equipped apartment with all the things you may find useful during your stay. Nice and helpful owners. We would definitely come back! :) All perfect! P.S. Don't forget to visit Roca Negra for the sunset!

This place was everything we could wish for the perfect holidays! starting from the location, ending with ALL the facilities and comfortability. THE VIEW is too good, sometimes you might not want to leave the place as you can see the nicest sunsets from there :) would love to come back one day.
