There was no lifts to get up to our room, so we had to carry our luggage’s all the way to the 3rd floor. Also the hot water ran out but Rosa was amazing as she got the maintenance guy to pop over to have a look and delayed our checkout. The apartment was small than I thought it would be but this was fine as we only needed the apartment for our stop over ☺️.

The location was perfect, easy access to the beach and shops, just what we needed. It is situated the perfect location. Rosa!!! Thank you ♥️

At the first moment was not clean at all, we contacted the property and the day after they clean it. In the bathroom there is no ventilation and there is not a mat outside the shower so there was a lot the water in the bathroom floor.

Studio apartment with all needed untencils. Everything ran smoothly. Before arrival I was contacted by the host via "WhatsApp" and all needed info was exchanged. Has some issues with the room smart lock (was too sensitive and when you enter number codes wrong it loses sensibility and you do not know how long you have to wait for a new try). There is also a "key" in the room which was useful a few times. If this smart lock has its character then this info needs to be passed on to quest beforehand. I would stay there again if visiting the city.

I could use some sugar, in addition to the artificial sweeteners left for the coffee machine since some people(myself included) can't tolerate artificial sweeteners. All in all, it is a good value for money.

I really liked the location, in the city centre, close to everything, transport and stores. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner was a big plus.

Very clean, very friendly staff. I was a bit confused by a couple of very bad reviews they had had recently, so I even called support just in case I had any issues getting my door code. No problem at all, everything arrived on time and I loved my stay.

Toilet seat broken. Bathroom tap broken. Shower Broken / had to hold the shower in your hand. Bedroom light not working. Wardrobe shelf broken. Plates and cups chipped. Dead plant outside. It would have been helpful to receive the WI-FI to communicate with host when we arrived. We had agreed 11 check in but don’t book in until 15.00. Rooms not cleaned daily.

loved the balcony / sun Terrace, lovely little sun trap :) Comfortable bed / sofa bed. Good TV. Lovely flower wall outside !! nice for pictures in the evening!! Perfect location on Mushroom street !! microwave and cooker perfect. washing machine and tumble dryer- perfect!

Communication was poor. All of it was on WhatsApp and that had it's pros and cons. Didn't like it very much. They said we could store our luggage before checking in but when we arrived in the morning, we were unable to enter the building as we did not have the code and they told us very late. Also, there was a cockroach in the room which made the stay a bit unpleasant.

The location was unbeatable. The property was clean and furnished. It was exactly as shown in pictures. It was comfortable. Everything was as described.

The apartment needs a bit of maintenance and it can be a little noisy from outside due to central location. No lift so don’t pack too heavily. Front main door sticks, watch your knuckles.

I would have been better if the door code was sent to me, instead I had to chase it up and didn't get in till an hour later than me contacting them via email. No one answers the telephone numbers. No towel hangers in the bathroom, or space in shower to keep toiletries. Also shower head was very high.

WiFi in my room was not available, it didn't work at all, I had to use my own phone roaming service. I stayed 5 nights and the wifi connection was not available on any of the days. There is no elevator, so when you arrive with suitcases it's very hard to carry them. No parking available (we parked the rented car in a public parking, not far from the apartment - 350m distance and we paid 13.60 Eur per day/night). No one came to clean the room even though I had read that the studio would be cleaned once every 3 days.

Excelent location, in the center of the town (a short walk to the restaurants, bars and the beach). We had a modern studio, very clean and in great condition. Easy to check in. We had a lovely stay!
