Having to leave! Could have happily stayed several more days.

Reception staff were very helpful. Apartment was clean & well equipped. Hotel near two mainline stations. Metro, tram & bus close by ( buy a ticket at reception) Very nice city centre & historic area very interesting. Easy to go to science park with amazing modern architecture, marina, beach & promenade with lots of places to eat. Very relaxed atmosphere everywhere, nice friendly people.

Location - Russafa district is great, the market, cafes, bars, vintage shops. 20 min walk to old town. Staff on check in were lovely. Room spacious and well kitted out. Bed comfortable.

I really loved the location of this accommodation. It was super convenient from the train and a nice stroll to see everything in the center. The staff were very kind and helpful. The accommodation was clean with a nice patio view and a nice view from the room.

The cooking area has a hood which we opened it but feel like it didn't work for clearing some cooking smell. So we cook very little but not sure if do more than that it will be ok. Also the coffee capsules, they provide only 4 for us (2 nights stay) if they could spare more since we are 3 persons. (We can have extra for 1 euro each which we are ok to pay)

It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

I live in a very quiet area and I found the hotel noisy at night. But, the hotel is situated in a very vibrant area lots, of activity all around. If we had rear room I suspect I would not have noticed.

Very happy with everything provided.

The room layout was perfect for our family dynamic - the teenagers had enough personal space and privacy and we did too ! The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a real bonus too.

We were given a room upgrade on arrival, not sure why but would have preferred the room we had chosen. I know it makes sense to have a larger room but wasn’t sure if we actually got a better deal or not really.

This property is 5-8 mins walk from the main Train Station, good vibes all around and felt safe even late night walking! Cafes and bars selections are in abundance as soon as you get out the door. Great that they have supply of drinking water with minimal pay . Comforatable bed and oomy enough for two people! Having kitchen is a bonus! They even provide umbrella

It's on a busy street but the windows are well soundproofed. It isn't in the old city but it is easy to access and it right on the edge of the downtown so no issues on visiting all of the sights there.

We lucked out and were upgraded to a penthouse suite which is an awesome space - very clean, spacious and well equipped. Very good location - can walk to everything in the downtown and we made it to the science museum on foot with our six year old too. Is easy walking distance to train station.
