The instructions for the key access and the app download to check in needs to be addressed, creates to much confusion if u have a person at the desk checking you in...my wife says the bed was to hard, I liked it soooooo.

Location is good as far as traveling to the airport. Breakfast spread works well.

Got a room with twin beds instead of a double bed - felt a bit small to sleep properly. The mattress is a bit hard to my taste and the blanket is a bit heavy. No coffee machine in the room.

It’s 5 min away from the airport. Tv didn’t really work for Netflix or other things. The bar/restaurant is overprice for what they have. Hotel was good for the price

An excellent transit hotel, we spent one night there on the way to the USA, we arrived at night and left in the morning, the location is close to the airport, the place is clean, quiet, with excellent and efficient staff

I was very disappointed at the lack of an airport shuttle. Really shouldn't be calling it an airport hotel if rides to the airport aren't a part of the offering.

Family room was magnificent. Bath was the widest you will ever see in a hotel. The room we got was 323. There was a tall window that opened fully to show a kind of balcony which gave lots of air. Parking very secure just €8:50. Good local facilities such as pizza, Burger King, cafes. Petrol station.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had never heard of TaCh Madrid before and took our chances with our reservation. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to Madrid

The reception insisted on calling me a taxi to the airport, and it was 20 EUR. I ended up ordering an Uber for 9 eur.

The property is great. Walking distance from the subway station (7min), 1 station before the airport. My flight was at 4 am, so I could not use the subway, so I had to order a taxi. It took me 6 min to get to the airport by taxi. The surroundings were not looking bad, i felt safe walking to the hotel from subway in the evening at the dark time.

Nothing. We liked it even more the second time, as found the quadruple room better for us.

We had a quadruple room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice family decoration, with ice age and minions. Food in the restaurant was very good, and the waiter was very good, especially as he was working alone. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here, and would stay again. There’s two small parks for the children right outside as well.
