Mostly the loudness of the outdoor cinema. One day they were watching "Hulk", which was very loud and sounded so voilent, and the movie played till 1:45 am... So it was hard to sleep. Not so nice that they played movies every night - especially when it was so loud and late in the evening..

Very nice tent, and so nice with aircon and a fan! Nice view also. My boyfriend and I, also went to get some drinks at the hotel one evening, and they were very good (unfortunately the "Sky Bar" wasn’t open, although we were told so earlier ind the day).

Kettle in room would be more useful than a coffee pod machine . Although did get free hot water in teapot for making tea.we were close to this facility but would be a pain if further away. Not convinced of "eco status'. Used nestle coffee pods not fair-trade products. No sign of solar panels for producing electricity. No re use of brown water for flushing toilets etc Hotels website and eco statement was rather wolly and meaningless. Not washing towels for 3 days and having recycling bins( not for cans) doesn'takeyou an eco resort.

The car is parked on a hill far away from the tent, all uphill. So not ideal when you've arranged a lovely dinner outside the hotel and you end up arriving at the car really sweaty and hot... There were ants on the bed sheets and many in the bathroom. We asked to be taken up by golf car to our car when we left with our luggage, but there was no one who could take us up. I would have expected at least to be driven to our car when we left as we where packed with things. It wasn't a cheap stay, so I would have appreciated it if we could have been taken to the car that morning, instead of having to walk up all the hill.

The concept of the stay was great. The tent is just like it's announced and the bathroom is perfect. Good water pressure.

It was a wonderful getaway, the facilities were great and all we needed nearby. (pool, massages, and a great shop!) A few minutes walk from the beach and many other restaurants.

You can sense this is still a new place. Staff were not always very organised.

Great breakfast, lovely views, very relax pool without much towel laying folks. Bungalows had all amenities but were tight. Airco worked great though.

food and drink are very expensive… €7 for two scoops of half melted ice cream.. not incl a cone😂 also did not even recieve the flavor i wanted after correcting him 3 times. for a holiday location its unfortunate some of the staff speaks poor to none english. the tents do not include a nespresso machine, and coffee and breakfast is expensive so keep that in mind. they can definetly improve on their bar prices to sell more drinks.

at an eco resort I would expect a good offer of plant food, but that wasn’t they case. fortunately there was a nice kitchen to cook out own vegan food.

There were a lot of ants and some of them end it up in the bed. It didn't bothered us, they didn't bite.

The tent was really nice, and amazing view (the one we had at least). Really good beds. Close to a lot of beaches (walking and driving distance). Nice restaurant and pool area.

The tent can get very hot during summertime, and the bathroom outside the tent is not always very practical. Moreover, we were in our honeymoon, but the hotel couldn't arrange a double bed for us (even if we had asked for it through Booking).

The hotel is brand new and the staff was friendly. Walking distance from very nice beaches.

Arrived on opening day and hotel still had some small things to resolve (no hooks or hanging rod in the room; room numbers not correct; electronic keys not working; no towel exchange). A bit inconvenient not to have phones in the rooms. Several of the restaurant facilities were not yet open but the property is beautiful and in a great location!

I would just be more careful to let guests know beforehand that there are lodges where the bed has an extremely low ceiling.

Every little detail was thought of, from high-end kitchen appliances, to cooking utensils, cutlery, even broom, cleaning supplies, etc. The restaurant and pool area are beautiful and have a great view. And the location is unbeatable!

It was a bit hard to find and a bit confusing on what way to go out/in. We arrived one night and the gate was closed, nobody could let us in, not even the security guard so we had to park outside which we thought was a bit bad.

It was all very new and good quality. We liked the concept and it was a nice stay.

nothing - it was perfect

A big shout out first of all to Christian at the bar, he was so much fun and mixes a mean cocktail. our room was spotlessly clean, with a fabulous bathroom and kitchenette. We had a nespresso machine for coffees, and the bathroom had l'Occitane toiletries, very nice.We had a lovely terrace with sunloungers and a table & chairs for relaxing. The pool area is very stylish and relaxing. The breakfast is out of this world - a vast array of delicious foods, and omelette made to order. A great start to the day before our big hike along the coastal path. the hotel is only a short walk to the beach, where there are more bars and restaurants.

The space of the bungalow was rather small for the stay of 3 people. Even though the hotel is an Eco friendly but ants running all over the bed sheets was a bit “too much of a nature feel”. Having in mind the price for the stay would expect the rooms to be cleaned and towels changed everyday, which was not the case. When asked at the reception to provide an iron for clothes it was not available - such amenities usually are easy to get upon request at any hotel.

Beautiful location, right next to the beach and close to one of the lovely cities in Costa Brava Begur, nice views while having breakfast in a restaurant. Having a private mini terrace in your bungalow to chill in the evenings after long day of exploring the area was definitely a plus. Staff was very attentive during breakfast time.
