We were only given 2 pairs of house keys and only 1 garage key for 6 people. This is very little and we always had to organize key handovers amongst ourselves. This was tedious especially with the garage key. Would be nice to have more keys. There is a percolator and french press for coffee but a coffee machine for pods would be an amazing addition. The internet is good but the wifi only works in the main floor. Upstairs the connection is terrible. A wifi repeater would be a nice addition.

The house is a very comfortable fit for 6-7 people with 3-4 rooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower). The garage makes carrying your kite equipment in and out an ease. Two parking spots makes it all the better. The kitchen is well equipped. There are racks and hangers to dry your kiting equipment. Having a BBQ on the garden is great and there are tools for it!

A little more attention when preparing the house for incoming guests ie check bulbs in lights working; ceiling fans; sufficient crockery and cutlery for number of guests; instructions for appliances etc. These were minor irritations. We understood from information pack in the house that towels and bedding would be changed for stays over 7 days; this did not happen in our eleven night stay.

We loved the house, it was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The beach was close by. We had our own designated parking space. The host responded quickly when we had an issue.

Apartment is very big. That is why felt very comfortable. It has all needed equipment. What is more it has event taras and place for grill. Another great thing is is proximity to the beach and parking.

it was all fine, just a little difficult to initially find the right address and our apartment was 'hidden' inside a complex, with no corresponding number shown on the outside. Hence why the video of how to get there was useful.

As we were arriving late we arranged in advance to get keys via a key box. Video sent to us to show us the way to the actual apartment was useful.

Isobel was lovely to meet on arrival and made getting the keys very easy, she explained everything to us and was very welcoming. The location is great with a nice shared pool, and the apartment itself was spacious and stylish! Comfy beds and fans. We didn't cook so not sure if the kitchen was equipped.

The water pressure in the showers is very low, especially when two people are showering in parallel. The kitchen lacks large cutting knives.

Isabel was very helpful with all our requests, we even locked out the apartment with the keys inside and she solved the problem within minutes. The apartment is very close to the beach. The apartment has a private underground parking which is very convenient.

We were a family of 5 adults and 4 kids and we were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious, luminous and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apt has 2 complete bathrooms and 1 toilette. Beds were very comfortable. Location is very good, not far from the center of town, close to the route to head to other beaches and with big supermarkets just 2 blocks away. Having a pool in the building was a nice plus. I highly recommend it.

we had a flood on our last night due to a leak in the ground floor bathroom. we were asked to clear all water from ground floor and basement at 3am no follow up from staff to thank us or apologies nor was there any offer of compensation for the inconvenience. this was very challenging travelling with two small children also. no access key provided for swimming pool. very disappointing.

Not hosts fault, but don’t visit when the annual fair visits town! It goes on until 4am and is 20 yds from front door of apts. The loudest fair you’ve ever heard, crazy….

ant problem in the bedroom, no hot water as boiler didn’t work. a few essentials in the fridge would have been nice as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the supermarkets had closed . we did ask for maintenance to visit but they didn’t show up
