We had a building site outside our room. The breakfast was very disappointing.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights before and after our 2 day trip to Morocco. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our main luggage at the hotel for the 2 days. Rooms were very comfortable. Very modern hotel with beautiful pool terrace and a short walk from the main beach.

The sweets which I guess they are typical Spanish and they lack humidity. For a 4 stars hotel could have had robes and slippers 🤷

The decorations was what impressed me about this resort. Also the rooftop bar that has a pool and the views!!! The bed was very big and the mattress perfect for someone with back problems. The bathroom amazingly built and decorated the terrace very big. The food was also very good and varied enough.

No complaints to br honest but if I had to say something the adults only terrace only opens on weekends fro 6pm-9pm and had no sunbeds only sofas so not that comfortable.

The hotel was lovely and very chilled the room was beautiful we had a double bed more like a queen bed it was huge. The town centre was a 20 minute walk from the hotel. (Women- do not wear heels as the streets are cobbled and very hard to walk on with heels)

It was so noisy due to construction works from very early in the morning. The seal on the french door in our room was not working, a gentleman "fixed it " but it still wasn't fully sealed mean the noise blocking is reduced. Our room this time around was not as nice as our first stay , it seemed very worn and used with lots of little repairs needed. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

This was our second visit to Tarifa lances . We love staying here , the rooms are quirky and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, beach is so close and pool is lovely. Balcony attached to the room is great , giving extra space and places to enjoy the sunshine .

The gym was very poor. It needs a machine with cables so you can at least do something other than dumbbells and cycling/running. It also desperately needs gym mats. We experienced a few power outages which did not seem to plague the street outside and just us. If you added a small sauna somewhere near the pool then that would make up for it.

Two pools. Squeaky clean. Very nicely decorated. Lovely room and comfortable and huge bed. Great size TV. Big terrace.

Perfect place, great service! There is Mercadone supermarket across the street. Atlantico is just 3 min walk away with nice bar at the beach. Probably the best sunset`s ... SUGGEST!!!

Great breakfast with made-to-order omelette, pancakes etc. Parking was free and easy, right around the corner. And the best was the room with a patio the same size as the room itself. 2 thumps up:-)

Terrible wi-fi for a modern hotel.

Big clean and comfortable rooms, with a nice use of natural materials in the decoration. Fabulous shower and a good breakfast. Lovely pool areas. Supermarket across the road. A bit of a walk to the old town but easily done.

Everything was awesome like always but unfortunately there were alot of ants crawling all over the master bedroom bed. We tried to get rid as many as possible.

Decor was great. Large room sea view comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Staff very helpful and were able to accommodate my requests and gave me a bottle of fizz for my birthday. Highly recommend.
