Family owned hotel with great atmosphere. Super welcoming owners who make your stay as enjoyable as possible and ready to help with every question! Good location in old town with parking at property and few minutes from beaches. Great terrace that guest can use for dining/drinks. We liked all it all in this hotel.

This is an outstanding family-run hotel, much exceeding its 2 stars. Located in peaceful area but close to old town, good restaurants and the beach. Luis - the owner is very kind and hospitable. In fact, I do not know more open-minded and helpful hotel-keeper. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, very good breakfasts, a small fridge, if you wish, sun umbrella and towels, when you go to the beach. Roof terrace with splendid views. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Can’t wait to come back here. Luis and his wife made our holiday an unforgettable experience, they are the most welcoming and helpful people who just radiate positive energy. The hotel is well-equipped and very close to the beach, with a dreamy panoramic view from the rooftop. The breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spotless, what else to say? 10/10 !!!

My son (14) and I shared a room. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the center but out of the busy streets. The hotel owner, Louis, was very friendly and extremly helpful - thank you, Louis for the excellent recommendations for restaurants, hikes and required shops! The hotel has a nice roof terrace to cool down in the evening while having a drink or playing cards, and otherwise we simply spent some time in the lobby sharing a drink with Louis and chatting about the Tour de France, sports and tourism. It was a wonderfull stay, and I would definitely book again, if visiting Tossa.

Everything was perfect!

Hotel Tarull is run by the most gracious and generous of hosts, Luis and his family! From when we checked in to the time we checked out, Luis and his wife did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable! The daily breakfast is complete with quality offerings of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurt, coffee, a selection of cold cuts, and eggs cooked to order. Thank you Luis for all you did for us! We hope to return to Tossa one day and will definitely stay at your hotel!

The hotel's location is great- in the historic old town, near the beach, and also near some amazing restaurants. We were also able to reach the hotel easily by car. The room we had was very clean and spacious. Moreover, the breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel has a large terrace from which the entire old town and also the sea are visible, ideal for relaxing. We also would like to thank the hosts for their hospitality and help. We felt like we were at home the entire time.

Literally everything.. That's really great place. The hotel owners are very helpful at every stage and always tries to meet your expectations. Breakfasts are really tasty and there is a tarrace on the rooftop with sunbeds and beautiful view. You can actually feel yourself at home :)

The best hotel in Tossa de Mar! You should stay in there. Luis is the most helpful I’ve evet met! The first night that we arrived at the hotel, he offered us a sangaria to welcome us. He helped us in many ways. Thank you very much Luis for everything. we will only come here in tossa de mar. Room is very clean and location is very close to seaside. You can go to seaside by walk in 10 minutes.

Very warm welcome felt part of the family from the very first moment. Wonderful breakfast. Eggs cooked to order.Gluten free special items brought to our table every day. Meeting other guests in the bar every evening was very enjoyable. Fantastic location, close to everything but just far enough away to be calm and peaceful.

The host Luis and his wife was very welcoming, the hotel was cosy with a lovely roof terrace and great view over the city. Everything is really close, also a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast and drinks from the bar. We have the best impression of Tossa de Mar and will have wonderful memories. Thank you for hosting us!

Nothing at all

The location of the hotel is most ideal of Tossa. In 5 minutes walk, you go easily to the bus station, beach, shops, restaurants, etc.. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and feels like home at the first moment you enter. The hotel has a top ambient lighted roof terrace with an incredible 360° view on the Tossa-bay, the Villa Vella and the moorish architectural and historical rampart. Breakfast is highly enjoyable and offers all the fresh and delicious varieties of bread, cheese, meet, coffee, tea, yoghurt, eggs, you can imagine. But the most incredible experience of all trips we have done in 35 years, is the unbeatable and unprecedented level of hospitality of the owners, Luis and Maria. The service and family atmosphere comes straight from the heart of the owners and gives this hotel a priceless high level. Rooms were spacious and there was a big selection of breakfast. The location was great - just above the old town and near the beach. The main winning factor was the owners who were extremely helpful and friendly with suggestions for good, local restaurants and walking routes.
