The location was amazing. 2 minute walk from the beach and the centre. Facilities were great so much to do for kids, apartment was beautiful and all staff so friendly.

The property was very nice big apartment ( we have a 2 bedroom apartment) with a big fridge and great kitchen the apartment was clean and it was plenty of towels and the location is very good close to the beach. I would gladly recommend with that apartments Tenerife south Apartments😁👍

There’s isn’t any facilities on-site such as a pool bar or restaurant however within just a stones throw next door you’ll find tons of restaurants and shops so this didn’t bother us at all.

Really clean and modern apartments, ideal location and lovely pool. Perfect for a family we had a 3 year old and the pool was ideal for him. Really close to the beach as well.

We liked everything, you won’t regret booking this place.

Perfect location, super close to one of the nicer beaches on Tenerife. We were there in May and free public parking was possible to find in front of the accommodation. Spacy rooms, air conditioned, good internet. There was no noise from the outside, but it was close to nightlife if you wanted to go out.

We arrived late in the evening and found it quite difficult to find the entrance. We could not find our apartment. Luckily, we saw a security guard. Who showed us the way. There are no umbrellas with the sunbeds.

It was very central. The apartment was spotless. Although the reception is not open 24 hours, the service was excellent. We gad a problem with the safe. We rang on a Saturday morning, and within an hour, they came to fix it. There was a washing machine in the apartment too. Roberto and George (I think that is the name of the young lad in the office) were both very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like at The Royal Garden apartments

Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. Apartment C1 - 20 we got sunshine on terrace all day from just before midday until the sun went down at 8.30pm it's an absolute suntrap. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable with duvet on bed. Very well equipped kitchen which has everything you need from oven microwave fridge freezer hob coffee mugs etc we couldn't recommend this place more and on arrival all the staff including Roberto were very welcoming and friendly. Pool area is top class always lots of sun loungers all day long so no worries about getting towels out early you'll always get a lounger and good location. Oh also a big smart TV on sitting room wall with the ability to plug your HDMI Amazon stick in no problem. WiFi in the apartment was excellent I had my Amazon stick so was able to watch all our British TV channels with no problems at all. Washing machine in the bathroom which was excellent also as we bought some soap powder and took all our clothes home clean 😆. The shower was also very good quality not to mention the scolding hot water at any time of the day/night it was excellent. Location is very good as beach just outside apartments with many restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to Los Cristianos from the apartments. I could go on and on let me tell you I booked this after reading so many positive reviews and as you can see I couldn't give anything but a positive review. 🫶🏆💫

Nothing really. It took us a minute or two to master the key for the different gates if we choose to use them - you didn't need to but once mastered they were handy. Patience is the key here and take your time.

Everything from the second we walked in the door. The apartment was amazing, clean airy, beds were comfortable, view of the pool. There was nothing about the apartment we didn't like.

Location was excellent, beautiful part of tenerife. Very clean apartments equipped with everything we needed , very modern could not fault anything. Staff really friendly and always there to help. Would definitely stay here again and recommend 👌 beach outside apartments was lovely lots of bars/restaurants and was in walking distance to everything. Travelled around and seen a few areas and I am so glad we stayed where we did as it was the best location! 10/10.

The location was excellent about a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the beach where there where plenty of restaurants and shops. There a nice quiet pool area as well if you don't like the beach.

There were fans in the apartment in the living room and bedrooms but we would definitely prefer proper air conditioning

The location was excellent just on the golden mile but quiet at night. The beds were definitely the most comfortable we've ever had abroad, not the usual hard awful beds we usually get so every night was a great sleep! The apartment was very clean and modern and anything we needed George was just at the end of the phone. There were plenty of sunbeds every day

Pool was cold and no shade on beds as no umbrella’s to shade yourself if you required shade so we never really relaxed by pool Ideally umbrellas for those who need them by pool

Everything about this accommodation / host was first class. Excellent location which gave each of our 3 rooms superb views and the host was on hand if there was any issues ( no issues to report at all ) Very easy check in and fabulous holiday
