the spa was good but after a sauna its better to go outside to cool down and this was not possible.

If the free parking is full, parking is available in a basement car park but there is a charge for this. As the hotel is at the top of the hill and not near any other car parks, the basement parking should really be free for residents. The swimming pool has seen better days - it is not covered and there are not enough deck chairs for everyone. It rained one afternoon and there was nowhere to take shelter from the rain. It is also quite a distance away from the main town which is across the causeway on the other side of the bay. A car is definitely needed.

The hotel has a lovely setting at the top of the hill. The rooms are what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. When we arrived we asked for a sea view and as it was my birthday, the staff really went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. There is free car parking on the hotel site but it gets full up very quickly and it can be difficult to find a space if you get back late after spending the day out. There is a little mini golf area which is popular with kids. We had birthday drinks in the terrace bar and a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is very good - the almond cake is much to be recommended. Sacido Beach is closed and therefore not accessible. The hotel makes it very clear when booking that the beach is not accessible. It is a short protected cliffside walk to the town beach however this is not a very clean beach. Much better to drive to other close by beaches for the day. Further north from the town, the beaches are good for surfing.

The hotel rooms have an amazing view when turned to the sea. The staff is very friendly and everything was clean. Here's a path on the back of the hotel for people to walk and appreciate the view, this path also leads to the beaches.

Spa facilities are not included, you need to pay separately, would be nice to have. Wifi signal is weak, but maybe it was just in my room. Messy car parking area around hotel - no one wants to leave the car in the garage for extra fee

Booking was needed for the main restaurant but it was already full for our first night. However, the alternative buffet was very good and we did get a table in the main room the next night.

Overall good. View from the room was not very good but from the bar and restaurant outstanding. Food was generally good and plentiful.

The good restaurant was booked full days in advance, so we could not reserve a table. We chose the hotel especially for the restaurant. We had to take then the buffet, which was really low quality. The next day on our way to our next stop in Santiago de Compostella my wife became sick of food poisoning and even had to call medical assistance.

There is no view separation from one room balcony to another, so there is not much privacy if you want to enjoy the balcony. Also, people smoke on the balconies which is annoying. Spa is in a different building and you have to cross the street to get there although you can change your clothes there.

Views from the room balcony to the sea and to the village of Celeiro were superb. Room is big, comfortable bed and great shower. Location is good for the views and relax but a bit distant from the beach and the village.

Parking was impossible, and garage 10 euros a day not fair due to the limited outside parking. Also garage door was blocked by a car one day. The beach was closed and town not near enough to walk and very few places to have dinner in the town. Also nowhere to sit, i.e. Garden or proper lobby.

The room had a great sea view and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good and dinner available.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near nice, sandy beach. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast is a plus. Hotel personnel is very friendly and professional.

We stayed 2 nights and they didn't change our towels and bed sheets. There is no coffee in the rooms and only 2 small bottles of water in the mini bar, there is not any orange juice or anything else.

The location was perfect. The room was big and had good view.

The spa was in a different building and getting there in the rain was a little funny. With regard to toiletries I would've preferred to have conditioner provided rather than tissues or a comb, for example, which were totally unexpected and rather unnecessary for some people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel, and that says a lot! Our room was rather large and it had marvellous views of the town. The spa was impeccable. Breakfast was varied and everything was delicious - it was also great value for money. Parking in the area is safe and easy.

2 days maximum stay in Viveiro unless you go for business.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and has secure parking if travelling by car. We visited the monte de san Rogue beautiful views. Food in the restaurant was good.
