Staff especially at restaurant - depends on shift and personalities, some are nice and helpful, some are less and you need to wait for them long.. no hair conditioner or body lotion at room, when asked - first was told they don’t have it but then they found few body lotions and brought them.

Having a sore shoulder I would have liked the option of a much firmer pillow.

Service at the restaurant and pool could have been better - very long waiting time also first served food to adults and later to kids.. service of food/drinks orders from the pool wasn’t working..

Location was a bit isolated, not much within walking distance but that was somewhat evident at booking.

Despite excellence there is only one smallish mirror in the bathroom. There’s no full length mirror at all. Petty I know but it’s the only fault we could find!

Modern sophisticated apartments with an excellent restaurant on site. Swimming pool heated year round is an added bonus.

The hotel is brand new and clean. It offers spaces rooms with a beautiful view on the pool. The out side terrace is a wonderful place to spent time. We enjoyed the breakfast with options for toast for example with eggs and salmon, it has fresh fruits and pastries from a buffet. We walked to the beaches and watched the sunrise and enjoyed the Golf courses closely to the hotel. The gym has many good options. We would return here for sure!

Excellent hotel, near sea. There is like apartment - You can find drinking water machine to fill up your bottles. Heated swimming pool. Restaurant is very beautiful and food very delicious.

The sensors in shower are crazy.. You cant took long hot shower because alarm at hotel put on. I never met with this that receptioner call you to open windows and make a room catch a wind from outside cause a shower.. LOL

I really love restaurant. Its arty and i can tell thaht i ate at FLAG hotel best 3 foods of whole my life. It was delecious, servis was awesome and enviroment was reaaally inspirational.

The TV was not working, I was offered another room but once settled decided to stay where we were.

The hotel is perfect for what I need, the staff are freindly and effiecient, the rooms are of a good size and the facilities offered are very good.

- Although not that much of a dislike, more of a point to improve is the breakfast process. We liked the fact that it was a la carte and the quality/quantity but on multiple occasions they missed something (the topping for a toast) or forgot to bring what we ordered (waffles). However, this could be easily fixed with some better order tracking.

- Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful (especially Fernanda). Not just at the reception but everyone from the life guards to the cleaning personnel - Room and balcony size, design and that they were well equipped - Cleanness, not just in our room but in the entire hotel - Comfortable beds - Water refill option in common area - Location was great to relax, close to the beach with a very a walk through beautiful gardens (well kept) - Facilities, well equipped gym, sauna + steam room - Quality and variety of breakfast

The room had a window between main bedroom and the bathroom, not a problem for a us but could be for others, you dont need somebody looking in on you while your on the toilet.

the hotel was perfect for our stay, the location was good, the staff were excelent and the room was perfect appart from item listed in what I didn't like.

Perfect location & brand new! Right at the exit! It’s secluded yet not to far from Puerto Banus, and 15 mins away from Downtown Estepona. The staff friendliness and hospitality was superb! The rooms very spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a Nespresso machine. Would definitely stay there again!
