The hosts are incredible. They are very welcoming and wanting to make sure your stay is the most that it can be. The suite has everything you need. The decor is modern and charming at the same time. There is even fruit and chocolate to greet you. The location is ideal. Quite neighbourhood but a short walk to the historic area. Highly recommend 5+ stars

Parking ended being quite pricey in the area, but this has nothing to do with the apartment.

Very interesting apartment, high-style decorated, spacious and comfortable, clean to perfection and also centrally located. The host, Liliana, is very warm, kind and attentive. I would rate it as a top star accommodation.

Liliana is really nice, caring and attentive, she makes sure everything is perfect during the stay. The flat is very well located, comfortable and quiet. Beds are comfy and kitchen well equipped. Highly recommend it!

We liked everything about the apartment and it’s location and our host, Liliana. I thought the bed was a big hard but my husband thought it was very comfortable!

The Green Balcony was finished to a very high standard. The owner, Liliana had thought of everything (bottled water, beer, juice, fresh fruit, chocolate bars, tea sugar coffee etc. shower gel and conditioner too!). She was so friendly and helpful giving us links for places to eat, places to visit, information on getting to The Green Balcony. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Great location, approx 20 mins walk to centre of town for Cathedral and Alcázar etc. It was so quiet in yet very near to a lively square for drinks, tapas, food and miinimarket. It was just like the photos!

The apartment was beautiful, clean & spacious and had everything we needed. Liliana gave us a wealth of information on how to best enjoy our time in Seville and was always readily available.

The flat is super lovely, comfy and cosy. The location is ideal. We parked the car for free in the street and could do everything by foot. The owners are very kind and helpful. They made us feel at home. Hopefully we'll be back soon )

The apartment is an inner flat with the only natural light from the small courtyard. Could be a bit gloomy, but there is plenty of adjustable lighting to suit your requirements and you are not disturbed by early morning light if you are a light sleeper.( don't let this put you off , as the character of the apartment more than makes up for it)

Service from the hosts was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient for bars ,restaurants and bus service.small shops and an Aldi within easy walking distance .very clean and comfy beds. Nice mix of traditional and modern fixtures and fittings. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and modern.

Excellent ground floor apartment to stay in Sevilla. The hosts, Liliana and Juan, were very kind and attentive. They were ready to help at any time and had some good eating recommendations (even if you know the city quite well). The apartment was really clean and spacious and beautifully renovated. It has a nice little internal courtyard, there are no other windows but this works well to keep everything cool and quiet. Bathroom, kitchenette and bedrooms (2) are all clean and comfortable. Water and a few beers were provided in the fridge. Nice beds, we slept well. It's about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral etc which was perfect (away from the crowds in the centre). The location is on a quiet street (santa ana) near a bustling plaza with restaurants and cafes. Overall a very nice stay, highly recommended to couples, solo travellers or small families.

The flat is nice decorated, super well located and the hosts are there to answer any questions and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We recommend this property to spend time in Sevilla, hope we can come back soon!!
