Overall it was good, but in the future it would be handy if there was an iron and ironing board in the hostel

The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. Housekeeping was twice a day in the common areas and once a day in the rooms. I stayed in the room for 10 days and the staff changed the linens on my bed at my request during that time. Therefore, cleanliness was at a high level.

Incredible clean (always), comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Super quiet and chill. You can use the kitchen, save your stuffs in the fridge, etc.

I absolutely loved this hostel!! The location is so perfect!! Right beside the Alicante central market, the market train station and Castell de Santa Bàrbara!! The beds are real comfy, with the blackout curtains it gets real cosy. I will for sure in this same hostel in my next visit to Alicante!! ✌🙏 Thank you!!

4 beds dormitorium is a little bit small.

Receptionist lady is super friendly and nice. The hostel is very close to the city center,old town and the castle. Quiet hostel, silence hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Large refrigerator and kitchen in the common area. Bathroom and toilets are clean. Wi-fi is fast and always available.

The airflow is not really god in the rooms, it was very hot indoors. There were no padlocks on the storage.

The room I was in was very small with no ventilation, I expect in the hot months of Summer it would get extremely smelly and stuffy.

Although good instructions received and WhatsApp available, no staff present in the building. Saturday night in a hostel, can be noisy. Quite hot in the room (in the beginning of April).

Unfortunately, there is no electric or gas stove in the kitchen, but I managed to make scrambled eggs in the microwave 😀

I have stayed in better hostels that felt more welcoming, had better rooms, and offered better sleep. It's alright for a quick stay.

The hostel is close to a supermarket and a short walk from the beach and the local sightseeing spots. It's reasonably priced.

It was DEAD! The most antisocial hostel ever. It’s my fault for booking without reading properly, but I was so shocked the first night. Felt like I was sent to prison and no one looks at you or says hi (the other guests). It was TOO quiet and sterile. It was even a Saturday…So I ended up booking another hostel because I actually wanted to meet people. But I ended up sleeping at the market hostel some night because it was a bit more comfortable and then go to the other one when I woke up.

It’s super clean, I felt like I saw someone clean all the time. I also liked how quiet it was, when I wanted it to be. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you. The staff was so kind as well!

Lovely hostel for a great price, the location is great as there's a supermarket across the road as well as loads of ither shops and transport near by, the beach was a 10 minute walk away too The curtain on the bed provided great privacy and all the facilities such as bathrooms and showers were excellent

After a couple of nights the mattress wasn't as good anymore. But for the price I'll take it.

The bed has privacy and the comfort of a lamp and socket. You have your own little space in the room. Also the cleaning had been done with care

Towels need to be rented. Renting a towel is not expensive: 1.5 €, but it would be better if it was already included.
