Streets at front and side were VERY lively - noise all night until 6 or 7 AM. Welcome pack could have been more generous (only 1 dish washer tablet, 1 washing tablet, no drying cloth)

Location was very central with lots of attractions in walking distance. Balconies were great for afternoon sun. Apartment was clean, modern, bright and well equipped.

Unfortunately, on the third day of our stay, the cleaning staff locked us out of the balcony, so we had to call reception, who then freed us. If we hadn't had a phone with us on the balcony, we would have had to wait a long time. That absolutely shouldn't happen! Especially since it has to be said that cleaning actually includes emptying the ashtray. If that had been done, it probably wouldn't have happened.

The accommodation was wonderful, very modern, everything was clean and the foyer was manned 24/7, making it absolutely safe. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities left nothing to be desired. If you don't want to use the dishwasher every day, you should bring a tea towel. A safe would also be nice. What we really enjoyed was the wonderful view from the large balcony. We were particularly surprised by the very soundproof windows, so that when the windows were closed, you couldn't hear any of the noise from La Rambla.

Great location, extremely easy check in and service from the accommodation - helpful and friendly staff. Plus side is the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in the penthouse which had its own private terrace which was a great bonus. Overall a great find!

The apartment was lovely, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a convenient location that made it easy to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Overall, my stay in Barcelona was made truly memorable by the fantastic staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay in this beautiful city.

It was difficult to communicate with the property prior to our arrival so we were apprehensive, but once we were they staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location and property were great. The washing machine was confusing to use (no instructions and concierge was also confused about it). Bathrooms were very tiny, but clean and nice.

The Reception desk staff were great - welcoming and helpful. The Apartment was clean & spacious with its own balcony. La Rambla is bustling & lively, but the Apartment was quiet once the balcony door was closed. The location is great for exploring on foot or using public transport and there are many shops & restaurants nearby.

The kitchenette was great but no washing up liquid or detergent or dishwasher tabs provided - not even a cleaning cloth or tea towel. No housekeeping provided either. Its a minor gripe but would have helped us keep things clean and tidy.

I loved absolutely everything about the property. Of course the position, the terrace and the view are really the best in Barcelona. It’s difficult to find something similar in the central area. But the flat itself as well is amazing. I don’t know who designed and furnished this flat, but everything was thought out to the last detail. Even the mattress and pillows were orthopedic and much more comfortable then in many luxury hotels. Kitchen is equipped better then in my home. It’s a real home and comfortable stay in Barcelona. My dad was the happiest person in that flat. He count stop looking at the view from the terrace. Thank you ❤️

The bed was quite firm.

Such a great location for all the sites, bars and beach. The balcony over Les Rambles was great for people watching with a glass of cava! The staff were very helpful telling is about local events and booking taxis for us. My mum and I had a lovely trip!
