The lift has failed a few times, had to walk up twice with kids to Level 6. It makes it not easy having heavy water bottles in hands. However, after making the phone calls to the reception, maintenance were dealing with the issue immediately. Water pressure on the second floor of the apartment was really low, so we were using taps on the first floor Seen a few insects in one of the rooms (one of which was pretty big).

The size of the apartment was impressive. It was spacious and clean. Phenomenal view from the balcony with lovely sunsets of course. Meals is the buffet were good, nothing special though, but kids loved it. The shows in the evening were great, again, kids enjoyed most of the evenings. The pools are lovely, the staff at the bar is friendly. In general, everyone from us were delighted to stay in the hotel. There are big chances of us coming back to the same spot.

Unfortunately we had some little bugs in the kitchen 2 days, but I heard it is common in Canarias. Spa is old and overall rooms needs to go through some refresh.

Staff was always helpful and smiling. Pool are really nice and the value for the price i considered really good ! Breakfast is also good and has variety of products.

Rooms were not the cleanest, hairs around the room and some small bugs were present the whole time. Toilet smelled quite bad because of some installation issues and there were flushing issues with toilet. Overall, not so clean. + we booked king sized bed and received 2 separate beds connected together - it was changed later to a different room, but I had to contact Booking for it.

Great location with great view (if you get a right room). Breakfast had huge amounts of different kinds of food, big kudos for that. Rooms are quite big and spacious, lots of room to be comfy. Staff does show appreciation to you and will help with anything that is required, kudos to them!

Furniture is a bit dated. Kids club open only from 11am to 12:30pm. Would be nice to take kids there later in a day as well. Entertainment at the main pool was sometimes to loud

Great place to stay with a family. We were here only four nights but had everything we need in one place. Supermarket, pools kids club,,breakfast was great. A lot to choose from. Perfect location outside of the crowd if you prefer that. You can use their free shuttle bus to the beach and back.

The breakfast area is no where near big enough for the amount of guests. We queued outside to get in every morning and never once made it to a table inside. We were seated outside which was not ideal as it was only April and still cool and breezy in the morning. Hotel is also up quite a large hill.

The air conditioner could be better, bathrooms and the room need a Little bit of refreshment, maybe consider a posibility of all inclusive offer.

The view from the hotel is amazing, very friendly staff, very clean place, overall we were satisfied, good value for money.

Breakfast. More toasting machines would be welcome. Please provide tomato juice. Close the main door as no-one likes to sit at the tables in the draught. Balcony door lock did not work. Air con in the room was largely ineffective but the ceiling fan was adequate and quiet enough to leave on overnight.

Pleasant staff at all times. Good food choices except breakfast. Shower, good supply of hot water. Spacious rooms. Pleasantly decorated.

The hotel is on the hill and could be tiring for people with mobility issues to get there

The staff is very nice and helpful.The breakfast was nice as it offers wide variety to choose from .Great location not far away from the airport,around are few restaurants and local shop,the hotel has a bus service to the beach and back.

Poolside menu changed and cheaper options taken off the new menu. Not enough cheaper luncheon time options for families at a reasonable price point. We enjoyed the chips and wedges as a snack but these where removed and next option was chicken nuggets at 8 euros plus. This was extremely disappointing and others felt the same way.

Two bedroom apartments large and clean with two bathrooms. Hotel was well maintained. Animation team improvement on our Dec 22 stay as more events held in a more suitable place by the main pool. Credit to Roberto and the rest of the excellent team!

Room good but bathrooms need updating. Looks good on the surface but when you look closer it’s getting tired. Bathroom door rotten at bottom. Towels were off white in colour but overall good room and balcony was great size

(maybe it was just our room, but) Some wear and tear of the furniture and the floor. It does not bother too much, but it gives a feeling of not giving 100% on details (where the devil lies :) )

A couple of staff members weren't very helpful. One gatehouse member kept asking for quite a few details even though we were staying at the hotel and only dropping off family and friends and parking outside and one restaurant member didn't respond to a morning greeting yet insisted on chasing after to ask if we had breakfast booked even though we were asked this before and were wearing the wristbands provided and proceeded to act surprised when he found out we had this included. Reception staff had varying degrees of knowledge. Rooms could be better maintained.

Good location and facilities. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has a bus to go to the beach (didn't use it as we had a car). It is on a hill so the view is great (plan for this when returning on foot to the hotel). It has 3 swimming pools and kids pools. The main pool has a restaurant and bar. You'll also find a small gym and spa. All rooms are air conditioned with separate (albeit basic) controls in the bedroom.

You had to contact reception about your appartment cleaning. We were there a week only cleaned once. Yes you can see the sea from here but it is a good 15 minute walk down

For families good there was a great entertainment team on site. Great pools as well. Good size appartments

it was up a big hill. we arrived early as our flight was early and got charged an extra €30 even doe the room was ready! the food was expensive per person.

The hotel was great just where it is very steep hills so get your walking boots on 🤣🤣

We got to the hotel, dropped at reception, and the check was so smooth and the lady Aet was lovely we dealt with her afew times during our stay for taxis and beach towels etc always smiling. We only stayed 3 nights as it was a weekend break with the girls. The room was basic, but clean had cooking facilities, a full sized fridge/freezer there is a supermarket and hairsalon opposite reception. We went out Sunday and returned to no electricity and a leak in the room, so I went to reception, and that was delt with swiftly, and we were moved to another room within 15 minutes. The next morning, we spoke to Hector, the Assistant GM, I think?, he was most helpful and even refunded the last night's stay for the holiday for the inconvenience of having to move rooms it was a burst pipe above the door of the apartment as we left maintenance were dealing with the matter. I would return as the staff where amazing. Thanks for the stay guys your staff are a credit to your hotel.

It’s right at the top of a hill, about half hour walk to beach. The apartments had the bedroom upstairs via a windy wooden staircase and no window in the bedroom, we slept on the sofa bed downstairs as didn’t like feeling closed in.

Clean hotel and nice pool. Free shuttle bus once an hour.
