Ritz was fully booked with groups (THANKS GOD!) so we changed our plans and it was way better! We liked everything! We went in schooltime in early June and it was perfect! No crowd, great apartment, great view, good breakfast (maybe salt and pepper would be beneficial on the tables) but other than that worth only compliments! Julio was really born to help people, but all the staff is attentive and nice! Thank you for making our week wonderful!

We had dinner one time in the hotel restaurant Melvin. It was ok but not great. It was not worth the money. You need a car to get around. Which can be a downside for some people. We enjoyed the calmness because it was not so crowded like Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos. And if you don’t rent ahead, you can rent a car at Hotel Ritz Carlton which is located 10 min by walk or 3 min by shuttle bus.

We had a very pleasant stay. The resort was not crowded and we had our privacy. The staff was accommodating. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Playa Abama was one of the nicest beaches we’ve been to. What we really enjoyed was the shuttle service to the beach. Arom the driver also gave us a lot of tips. Our trip was just too short to squeeze everything in. We liked Tenerife a lot and we can highly recommend Las Terrazas Abama Suites. Can’t wait to go back.

i know that I need to lose a bit of weight but the bathrobe was very small, like size M woman. my husband could barely fit and arm😅. Also I think they could have longer hours for the bar to be opened, considering there is no where else to have a drink close by.

everything! the apartment was super comfortable and huge! it had everything you need for living, and the terraces great. Great quality of the furniture. views to the sea and golf course. Everything super clean and tidy. Very useful Transfer to the beach or Ritz Carlton. The staff also was exceptional! probably the best of the stay were the staff

They have changed food menu during our stay which result in that food served so late and not hot....

staff is very friendly and room was so gorgeous. best place to stay with family having small kids. and beautiful private beach is near the hotel. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

Small things: malfunctions with the bathtub. Had to replace the cattle.

Everything! The two bedroom was amazing. Big and comfortable for a family. Breakfast was very good. Great service. We had also an assigned parking spot.

the app to order or make requests was a nuisance as had to provide lots of details to register having just provided on check in . should be enough just to add room number and maybe a code

lovely spacious comfortable apartment with private garden/ terrace and sun beds . close to a pool with very nice lifeguard who was helpful in providing plenty of pool towels when a bit chilly getting out of pool.

the hotel wants to give the impression of a real 5 star hotel, but the execution in details is not satisfying at all e.g. housekeeping stuff only speaks spanish - no english, we got a 2. duvee for the bed delivered and the cover seperate with a rude gesture of the housekeeping guy to do the rest on our own, to get little things adjusted with the tv, they were unable to help and also there was no follow up by a promised technician on the next day…

Reception service not always sufficiently staffed (probably due to COVID? sp perhaps excusable)which meant most times we were unable to get through on the phone to book the beach transportation so had to walk down which was a bit of a pain with a baby and all that entails! Also had to ask several times for extra pillows, hangers etc. Also disappointed with our evening dining experience at Melvins.

Breakfast was excellent and staff over and above our expectations. The accommodation and resort itself was spot on!

Available free wi-fi was not really reliable and we had to use our own mobile data from time to time. Breakfast is overpriced and doesnt really offer anything special. Besides that perfect place to come back!

This is a perfect place to spend you're vacation with the family away from all the noise, same for the beach which is isolated from all the tourist crowds, where you get transferred by shuttle bus as you cannot really get there with youre car due to parking restrictions. Staff was amazing and really helpful, specially big thanks to Aaron and Nataly. Apartment was really spacy and comfortable and kids really enjoyed terase as they where running around all the time.
