You can hear noise from the neighbors moving on the stairs. The main entrance door should be changed, as it is quite old.

The location of the apartment. The space and the rooms. The fact that it had two bathrooms and a kitchen. The space is perfect for large families, and it is quiet and cold, perfect for travel during hot months. We enjoyed the host, received tips where to eat and go. We loved the place. For sure we will come back to this location.

Convenient location, within walking distance to Puerto de Sol and Plaza Mayor. Numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean. Good provision of kitchen appliances and toiletry items. Emilio was very responsive and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable.

Big and strange noise by lots of homeless in front of apartment. Difficult to open the window because of those homeless. (though it's 1st floor but it's too close with them and relatively low. we didn't feel we were secure when we opened the window) Uncomfortable atmosphere around apartment because of those homeless. My wife and daughter were very reluctant to go out because of them (much more than 10~) Except them this place was good.

This was our second time staying here. We stayed at this apartment last spring, and liked it so much we booked it again! The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Emilio was there right when we arrived. He was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Centrally located, we were able to walk to see everything we wanted. The little square it's located on had several restaurants and 2 grocery stores - very convenient! Loved observing and participating in all the action on the square, too.

The mattresses on every bed was way too hard for our old bodies.

The location was fabulous, within walking distance to everything. We caught no public transport as everything we needed was a 5 to 15 minute walk away. The apartment was extremely spacious for all four of us (3 bedrooms). I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, the apartment was big enough to accommodate a big family or group of friends. The A/C wasn't working properly and we called Emilio who actually came within 30 minutes and fixed it. We were super impressed with the service. He also helped us in getting a taxi that fitted 5 people with suitcases and a wheelchair. Thank you Emilio. Muchas gracias, infinitas bendiciones.

The noise from the riff-raff in the plaza. On Saturday night it was noisy all night, with several police visits. Otherwise an excellent apartment.

The only negative thing I can say is that the building is facing the entrance of the Tirson De Molina square metro station and the surroundings are not the best. We had a very bad experience as, going down to the train station, a stranger tore the chain from my husband's neck. Suggestion (BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE)

We were a family of 9 and we were very comfortable. The apartment is super clean, modern and spacious. Close to the main attractions. The metro is in front of the building and the Atocha station is three stops away (super convenient). Communication with Emilio was excellent. Elkin, who checked us in, was very attentive and guided us very well. Many restaurants around and a supermarket that sells everything.

Lovely large and very clean appartment in the very heart of Madrid. Moving distance to plazza mayor,gran via and every attraction in town less than 10 minutes.
