There is one big bedroom upstairs, (no separate bedrooms) which might be a bit uncomfy for group of friends, but for families or well-integrated group of friends that won't be a problem.

The location is nice, within a walking distance from the old city of Toledo, but the view is absolutely perfect. Constant contact with the owner through booking chat is very convenient as well as method of getting keys. The living room is big enough for 7 people to have breakfast or spend nice evenings.

It would have been nice to have a stove to cook on instead of a portable electric cooktop burner. There were plenty of dishes, though, which was good. And a garbage can in the bathroom would be good.

The beds were comfortable. I have stayed at so many rental apartments across Europe, and the beds are usually uncomfortable. These beds were actually pretty comfortable, and I got a decent night's sleep.

Would be nice if a kettle is provided. Kitchen and dining utensils are a hit and miss. Not that we need to watch tv but it’s fixed in an awkward spot.

Good comfortable short walk to the old town. A supermarket and some eateries on the next block.

It besides roads, especialy a trash collecting truck come to work nearby at 3AM with very loud noise.

Easy for parking. Walk to main spots in 10-20miniutes. A big Supermarket is nearby.

The shower in apartment 1.3 was very poorly fitted. You couldn't possibly leave it on the hook and get wet. The shower pressure was great but you had to hold the shower nozzle to wash yourself. The bed was too hard for us but that is purely our preference for a soft bed so that is not a criticism but it was uncomfortable for us. Also the TV was very poor if you aren't speaking Spanish. There are a couple of stations you can change to English but the TV is also in a bad location for watching it.

The location was excellent and the free parking was a huge bonus. The apartment was a good size, especially seeing as we were only a couple. There was a microwave and a one ring hob if you wanted to cook or boil water.

The cooking facilities were a little sparce. There is only one hot plate and a microwave, so you are very limited with what you can cook. Parking fills up quickly, we were lucky and found a space but it is something to be aware of. Some areas were a little dusty.

The location was just outside of Toledo - a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, which made it easy to find and drive to. The communication was superb, and it was an easy transition in and out of the property. The apartment was clean and fresh.

After we booked, the owner sent us few messages to make sure we were over 25 yo and to let us know that camera will check that we are definitely the number of persons indicated in the booking and not more. (of course we were fine respecting the number of people that we booked for but the way it was communicated was not appropriate). They also ask us to be quiet and don’t put music (which is fine) but the place was really noisy due to the noise in the street and neighbors just talking. The messages that they sent were rude, and didn’t make us feel welcome. About the place itself, everything was correct and corresponded to our booking. The shower was not the best but acceptable.

Good location. It was enough for a night. the bed were comfortable. However, it was quite noisy.

Jose is very nice and friendly in communication but somehow his phone had a problem 5 minutes after our first call so we had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes. At last we had to call his sister to guide us how to unlock the door (only in Spanish). The flat doesn't provide the most basic things such as salt/sugar/pepper/oil which normal people don't travel with, so you are really on your own and it didn't make sense to go out to buy if we just stay for 1 night. I would suggest at least think about providing basics like these.

The location is quite good, away from the crowd and parking is very easy as it's right opposite a big parking lot. But be aware that the parking lot gets really full on weekdays as it's heavily used by residents also. Flat basic but clean, good for a short stay.

very, very minimum accessories for an apartment. missing hair dryer, corkscrew,, napkins, , soap,. the minimum would have been appreciated. needs a good coat of paint .

Needs to be refreshed, changed shutters and windows cleaned.

Nice view, clean but walls needs to be refreshed. Close to the city center. That was nice to have a small kitchen, 3 AC’s and 2 TV’s.

A kettle and toaster would have been nice. We couldn't work the worktop cooker but it may have been us! An instruction booklet would help. Maps and suggestions for restaurants etc would be good to leave for tourists. We did find the stone staircase a bit of a hazard to negotiate when going down to the bathroom in the night. Again more handrails would make you feel more secure. We did enjoy our stay and hope these are constructive comments.

Excellent communication from host. Apartment was very well situated and an easy walk to town centre. Clean, and comfortable beds. Parking very near. Air conditioning great and lovely views from window.

it is small for a family ,only one room on the top with all beds , and the Public parking is not very close to the building

Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from city gate. Apartment and parking easy to find thanks to information sent by owner. Jose was very helpful in advising location of local facilities.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom is not cooling enough, even on maximum, which makes staying on the upper floor far from convenient (the air conditioning on the lower floor is fine). The amenities in the kitchen are quite basic. The furniture is quite worn out and would need to be changed.

Very conveniently located close to one of the main parking places in Toledo. Vast two floor apartment . Friendly and helpful owner. Very good price/location ratio.

We walked to most of the sites and shopping we experienced. The free parking was convenient. We had beds for each member of our family.

We visited Toledo at the peak of the summer with a car. We were thankful that there were two air-conditioning available in the appartment. It was a lovely comfy duplex appartment that was located at the ring of the city. This room can actually provide for 8 people easily because of its 4 double beds and two huge sofa's. Everything was clean. You can park the car at the free parking lots about 200m away from the accommodation. There were several bus stop to the city. The owner can speak good English and he gave us good instruction to get the key and deposit it back. We had a nice sleep here also because it was simply quiet!

Everything was fine. toledo is a beautiful city. End of march was rainy and cool but minimal tourists.

About a 15 minute straight walk to the walled city. from the window, it was a perfect view of the Toledo. free parking was great. A minimal kitchen but had a refrigerator and dishes. The beds were super comfy. All slept in the upstairs loft. Bonus Dominos Pizza right down the stairs below the apartment for late night snack!
