Parking is a problem in central Cádiz with there being no on street parking but this is not a fault of the property and is a general observation. Underground parking is available in other locations.

This is more a small apartment than a room. It was beautifully and tastefully furnished with all equipment required including a dish washer and washing machine. The decorations were in keeping with the overall building design and gave it character (so many rooms these days are quite boring and soulless). It was light and spacious. It is in the heart of the old town and a five minute walk to the central market and to the beach. On the top floor was a stunning top terrace looking out over the other roof tops with chairs and tables. The managers were very responsive, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags after check out. Maria was often present at reception and was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The apartment we stayed in was in a freshly renovated and beautiful building. It's centrally located but at the same time the street is quiet. Very close to La Caleta beach, with easy access to a several good restaurants and tapas bars. Very clean, with comfortable bed and everything you might need for a few days' stay. Perfect for a couple. On top of that, we felt very welcomed by our host. He was very helpful and made us feel like we had a friend there. Highly recommended!

Beautifully restored old building in old Cadiz. Everything was of a very high standard & we couldn’t fault anything. All you need for a very comfortable stay in a great city. Lovely & quiet due to superb double glazing. The roof terrace too was beautifully furnished & a great bonus. Also, Etienne was lovely greeting us, & very responsive with communication.

Beautifully finished refurbished building in the heart of Cadiz. Comfy bed, great shower, small bit well equipped kitchen. Great base for exploring the city. Good comms from Étienne for checking in and out. Nice roof garden too

Etienne made us feel very welcome and was always extremely helpful and friendly. The flat is very tastefully decorated as in the photos, very bright and very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was very clean. The beds are very cosy and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you very much!

The towels, the owner explained they choose for towels made from recycled materials, which is great, just a different feeling than the regular towels.

Recently renovated building, modern interior , friendly owner, great quiet location, parking garage few minutes walk. The sofabed was very comfortable to sleep and sit on. The appartement has everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Cadiz. Highly recomended!

Cannot complain about anything - except perhaps the parking cost! €34 for 2 nights but the car was safe and parked close to the hotel - a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.

Exceptional apartment with everything you need for a short trip to Cádiz. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Etienne and Aurore were extremely helpful. It is easy to walk to most places - 15 minutes to the old town. No hesitation in recommending 👌

The hosts were only present at times. Communication with the hosts was not good because of the language barrier. Basic English would help. Also, there was no way to communicate with the host by phone or email. I was locked out, and needed to get the door code. Tried calling and writing, but got no response.
