The apartment is super cozy and furnished, it has everything you might need for your vacation, and the staff is kind and very welcoming, I definitely recommend booking here ! The price is very low compared to other structures, but the apartment is way nicer than average !

Very comfortable flat, located in the center close to Mercado and walking distance to the beach. Great attention to detail. 2 smart tvs connected to Netflix, bedroom with comfy bed and living room with comfy sofa bed. Close to main points of interest and surounded by lively neighbourhood.

You may need to pay attention that if you are not the European Traveler. They need the Eur 200 deposit by bank transfer through IBAN account. If you have any questions with this, you should communicate with the owner before booking. The bed mattress is a little bit too soft for me.

Very good location, easy access to wherever you want to go. 30 seconds walk to the Mecardo Central. We stay with 1BR Olivia with full kitchen facilities,including the coffee maker. The apartment is clean and new.

Excellent location - a bus stop to the airport within a 2-minute walk, a taxi point, all the roots of the sightseeing, a very modern design, and everything new. A central market Mercado and if you need - a supermarket on the neighbour street.

We have been located in Oliva flat. At the begining we could feel the smell of cleanleaness and novelty. Everything was perfect and spotless. The flat was very comfy. Perfect for three people: couple with a child. The location is perfect. All the touristic attraction in walking distance. Cafes, groceries and market next to the flat. The beach is about 12 minutes walk.

The perfect apartment. Few people think about the fact that the very center of Alicante is very noisy. There are a lot of bars and restaurants there. Therefore, TresColores have an ideal location. It is always quiet there and they are located in the city center

The room was smaller than expected. Bedroom was good enough but living space was smaller.

Finding the apartment was tricky. Google maps and booking.com kept sending us in the some bizarre directions. Just head for the Alicante Food Market and then look for the apartment entrance.

Amazing apartment in the heart of the city, yet so peaceful. Small and compact but with fabulous facilities. Beautifully decorated. King size bed, super hot shower and good quality toiletries. Spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was the icing on the cake. Close to the famous Alicante market, Santa Barbara castle, restaurants, bars and the beach. C6 bus stop at the bottom of the road.

Nothing, although initial entry was a little tricky until you know that the door codes only illuminate on the doors when the handle is touched.

We booked the smallest apartment for a 4 day city break which was well equipped for self catering although we ate out. Flat screen smart TV’s in the bedroom and lounge which we used to watch the odd programme through YouTube. Fantastic location a 10 minute walk to the port and close to restaurants, bars, the magnificent Alicante market and the Tram which, should you want, takes you all the way to Benidorm along the coast. Good communication from the owners who provided a telephone number on arrival in case of problems.

Tricky to understand how to gain access through the door to the apartments. This was down to poor lighting and instructions provided by host could have been clearer. V small rooms, but fine for short stay.
