Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainA very stylish and spacious 3 level appartment with 2 bathrooms and a garage just in the walking distance/5min drive from the skiing area of La Molina. It has all the needed facilities, very warm, climate control. The appartment is very well maintained and spotless. The instructions to find the building as well as the key pick up/drop off was very clear and convenient. WiFi worked very well. Communication with the host was very easy and fast. Thanks a lot for all the small details considered for the comfort of the guests!

We spent a great weekend in the apartment, it was lovely, very comfortable, well-equipped and a great place to enjoy a weekend with friends or family. Great location, a 5-10 minute walk to ski resorts, bars and supermarket. Communication was very good, Ilya was very attentive and available to respond to any questions or issues we might have had.

Very nice apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Living room with a big window is great. Location is also good, 10-15 mins from ski lifts by foot. Recommended for families as well, I would definitely return.

The property was lovely! The big beautiful window in the living room was certainly a highlight. Having the garage space was really handy, the beds were comfortable and it was cosy.
