The noise. Windows thin so even when closed you get road noise and I was woken by the bin men emptying the glass bottle bin. Then still couldn’t sleep in late due to the scraping of chairs etc across the floor of the room next door. It’s the poor noise insulation that put me off staying again.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and modern. Very happy there was a kettle. Location is good near the bus station, near the west end, ibiza rocks and sunset strip.

The room floor was sticky for some reason which didn't go even after the housekeeping cleaned it. Apart from that everything was nice.

Dinner could have been better, but it wasn’t bad. Grapefruit juice at breakfast would have been nice.

Everything was great, first of all, the hotel staff was amazing and super helpful in every way. The hotel also lets you leave your bags after you check out and you still have the pool access until the end of the day. The pool staff is also amazing, they let us have free little samples of a drink that I mentioned looked great <3 The prices of the bar were normal too. The pool itself was beautiful and fit many people. The rooms were good, I only wish there was a balcony but we didn't stay in the rooms much so it's okay :D

The swimming pool is not directly on the hotel premises but on the other side of the street. However, this is not very inconvenient for guests.

Very good location of the hotel, in the center, but away from the main, noisy promenade, very good breakfasts and dinners, lots of fruit, delicious cakes. Very nice service. I will definitely come back here.

a) There can be double beds for a couple. They gave us two single beds joined. I was hanging in between the beds b) No drinking water from the taps

just worth mentioning that it's not the quietest place to stay. As it's located in the west end, it can be noisy at times at night. Windows could be soundproof. On the flip side of the coin it might be a positive aspect though in case you're into nightlife so you are already in the heart of the hustle and bustle :) Another minor thing that I would suggest the management of the hotel to change, which is quite easy to do, is to consider changing the curtains in the restaurant area, as it would be great to have some natural light coming in whilst having a meal and to be able to look outside instead of having them fully closed and using artificial light. It would create a much better ambiance. And some renovation on the ground floor lounge would be great as well, but these are only minor things even though it would increase the overall experience in general.

Hotel is really well located. No need to use public transport or rent a vehicle if you intend to stay only in San Antonio. Breakfast was really worth including in the stay (which was continental and English). Amazing gym and pool areas with no extra costs. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly in my room. Staff were very kind and friendly.

Perfect stop for a quick overnight party trip to Ibiza! Walking distance to West End and a 20min (in traffic) cab ride to Ocean Beach & Ibiza Rocks.. lovely staff!

There was a couple fighting like animals at the first day, so I couldn’t sleep and calling the reception didn’t help at all. In the middle of the night they asked me if I wanted to change rooms, while they should have moved the crazy couple, not my sleeping babies. In the next day I changed rooms and “at least” I got a terrace in the other room to kind of compensate the lost night that jeopardised the whole next day, since I was exhausted. I didn’t like San Antoni area, if I ever return to Ibiza, I won’t stay there anymore.

Nice pool, unfortunately the shadows make the kids’ pool not the greatest though. Good breakfast and staff, nice bedroom and bathroom.

The noise 🔊 cancelling in the rooms is their weakest point. You can hear everything - both from the street and other rooms (like the doors closing). This is a serious thing to consider: I'm a deep sleeper, slept with all the windows shut and still got woken up by the garbage trucks👂🏼👂🏼- twice during the same night! Please note that I was here in off-season, during October for the closing parties 🎉. I don't even want to imagine how loud it gets during the season when the other rooms and streets are busy 🥳 Make sure to bring your ear plugs! Which is probably a good idea for this island anyway.

Gràcias! 🙏🏻 ° Good selection for breakfast: 🍉 watermelon was a nice surprise, the 🍊 orange juice is real (sweet strain with pulps, not the cheapest one), the 🍳 eggs were good however I did not enjoy the sausage. ° There is a nice sunny 🔆 pool 🏊‍♂️ across the street with palm trees 🌴 ¬ you can access it even after checking out! ° Tropical Hotel provides free shower rooms 🚿 - even after checking out ° Checked in customers receive a textile bracelet (like at the parties) so the security 💂‍♂️ guard can easily spot intruders. The color seems to change daily - felt safe. > Overall I can recommend this place if you're looking for a quick stop in San Antonio. Tip: booked using my mobile phone's browser and got 8% off the booking price. >> Bonus: if you're looking for a good restaurant, check out "Restaurant Bar Benitez" rated 4.5/5 on Maps - it might look strange but this is where the locals are also eating. Excellent seafood 🐙🍤 (Calamaritos & Sepia plancha) - not a tourist trap, probably the best value/money ratio in San Antonio.

I originally booked the room with a friend so booked a twin room. In the end I went alone but the room was smaller than I expected so would have been very tight with 2 people and 2 single beds.

The hotel was good, room was clean with a good bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the pool area and generally a nice place to stay.
