Air conditioning system was suspended by the hotel. Very hot at the room.

We thought we could walk to city but we're told we would have to travel on a main road with no footpath so not advisable. So we drove to city and parked

I'm unsure if anything specific was happening on my floor, but the couple in the room next to us made a lot of noise at night. This was the only downside of our trip.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and the hotel was well-located. As a plus, they had a private parking lot for a fair price and an excellent breakfast (for the price).

The on,y small complaint I have is that there is no kettle, tea, coffee. However as we knew this from previous visits we did bring our own but it does seem for a hotel that satisfies every other need that this is a small omission.

For us a great location, just off the motorway and a perfect stopover en route to Isla Canela . The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. They noticed we had visited before and shortly after arriving we were presented with a small box of chocolates and bottled water. The half board deal was fantastic value for money with a good selection for dinner and as always the breakfast has great fresh choices.

Heating in our room did not work and was told by reception that it did not come on till midnight which is not good when sitting in your room and cold when getting up on morning.

Service in the bar and the evening meal need great improvement

We had the Menu DEL DIA it was appalling we did not complain as we were exhausted from a long journey But reheated starter ( l know because the top was warm the bottom was stone cold) the next course was Beef Straugenauf ? ( warm cream sauce with tastless sausages and 2 small peaces of meat) this gives you a clue to the complaint. Never again!!

Traffic noise

Staff were excellent both reception and bar/restaurant. The room was very comfortable and clean. the choice of food for my wife, who is lactose intolerant, was good both breakfast and dinner. Very reasonable price for underground secure parking, will definitely visit again.

The bathroom. The bath handle came off the wall when used. It had obviously occurred previously as there were signs of glue. This was reported to reception who did ask whether injury had been caused.

Room was comfortable. The half board option was good value with plenty of choice. Dinner was well presented and delicious. Parking directly outside. It is located on the outskirts of Salamanca with easy access to the main routes.

The receptionist who checked us in was not very helpful. However the morning staff were a lot nicer than the evening receptionist.

The location was just a few kilometres from the motorway was convenient. The coffee we bought was amazing from the in house restaurant.

Always miss the kettle and coffee pods in European hotels!

The location right of the motorway was very convenient. The rooms were warm and the linen on the beds was clean, crisp and beautiful quality with 3 pillows on each. Staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh fruit & delicious pastries plus cooked scrambled egg and sausage! We enjoyed our stay.
