Hair dryer was broken bar cafe was closed even though the staff said it would be open so I had to go and wander about to find food at 9pm!

I couldn't figure out the heating//cooling. It was chilly at night and I couldn't get the system to heat.

Location and the bar/cafe in the hotel. An easy 30 minute walk to Pamplona as well.

location is 10mins by bus into Pamplona and buses run regularly.

Very comfortable and clean. We used this hotel as a stop along the Camino. it’s out of town however buses run every 6mins into Pamplona for 3Euro. Great cafe close by for breakfast. Close to the main road for buses. Quiet and comfortable

when we booked and notified them we had two dogs it wasn’t till check in they informed that it was an extra 15 euros per dog per night. so what we thought was reasonable wasn’t.

the room had a massive balcony and excepted dogs. it also had a cafe bar downstairs.

Very functional, comfortable beds and small but very clean bathroom. Good location easy to find when coming from out of town.

Such a shame that there is no breakfast, there is a 'cafetaria' in the same building, but in comparison to the nearby 'taverna's' their range was limited and too expensive for what they offered. A 2 minute walk brought you to the Taverna where they had all sorts of bread and (sweet) pastries. You can also order baguette with cheese or ham, which is often not on the menu but they do offer it.

The beds were nice and comfy, extra blankets and pillows were available. the room had ac/ heating and the bathroom was small but not uncomfortably. We had a really pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and accomodating.

It was not in the old centre of Pamplona but we knew this before hand and just took a short taxi ride there.

The room was a bit on the small side for 3 adults. The bar/restaurant was adequate - not a great selection of food and very noisy, but there didn't appear but be many other options open that evening.

This is a budget hotel on the Camino route. The shower was good and the beds were comfortable. The reception desk staff were pleasant.

I did poor research before booking. The hotel is central in a town ,tower block and such ..not indicative of village Spanish we have been staying in.

Cheap ,parking was secured up hill steep ramp. Bathroom was good ..

Wasn't sure why we had to share our room with a set of bunk beds. These beds took up most of the spare space blocking the window desk and tv.

the staff were extremely friendly & spoke good English as my French is a little rusty. The quadruple room was big enough for myself, husband & our two children who slept on the bunk beds plus room also for our two dogs. I would stay here again. Easy to find & in a good location.

The staff went beyond expectations by arranging a beautiful chorus from all the local dogs throughout ;) Also, indoor parking was 9€ per day - a little steep.

The café/bar had great food and the staff were excellent.
