the breakfast buffet was very pricey. there are better places to eat within walking distance. also didn't much care for the waiter/manager at the buffet, who stood there watching everyone.

the room was comfortable and very nice. we were close to restaurants and shops, and had fun walking around. i would stay here again. i don't have anything else to say but i am not able to exit without more words.

It's to be 3 miles from the airport, and I was told it would cost $40 EU. for a cab to it. No coffee or tea in the rooms. I miss this a lot.

I wanted to have a hotel with a gym so I could work out during my stay the “Fitness Centre” was not good. The bike was noisy and didn’t really work, the treadmill was useable but old and creaked when you increased the speed or the incline There are no weights and the one exercise mat had a large hole ripped down one side. They should not say they have a fitness Center Also I found an odd odour in the bathroom (sewer smell) of my first room. Eventually one staff said let’s move you. I had not pushed it as I was dealing with so much else. The second room was much better.

I was in Vigo unexpectedly because my mother fell and injured herself seriously while walking the Camino. The staff were really lovely and supportive. The food was really good. Wine lovely.

For a 4 star hotel they should supply coffee pods for the room. They give you two pods for the first day and then no more. We bought our own at the grocery store which is fairly close by. We've stayed in 3 star hotels that give you great coffee and re-stock each day and you could get more at the front desk. How much would more pods cost??? The fitness room is only a few cardio machines which you don't need if you're walking all day as Vigo is very hilly. I was hoping for some weights.

Very comfy beds and linens. Spacious rooms. The hotel is a bit dated but is pretty nice. It's a pretty good location if you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes to the main areas. Small fig which was helpful.

Only thing that I didn't liked were the pillows, too hard and tall for my personal taste.

the isolation of the room, but you can't really blame the hotel when people are slamming doors in the middle of the night. the opening of the room door wasn't always easy with the magnetic card.

We booked a Premium and a Standard Bedroom. The difference was the somewhat better view and a coffee maschine. I am not sure the price difference of 30 Euros is totally warranted here. I also found the bathroom not very practical. The counter space of the sink was too big which made it dificult to wash your face and the base of the shower was totally flat and i had to take care not to get the floor all wet when taking a shower.

Nice hotel with excelent ammenities and very competent staff. I really enjoyed the room, specially the air conditioning and the comfortable bed. We visited the castle and the city center and found the location of the hotel to be perfect. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

The hotel parking is a bit expensive (11€/day per car) taking advantage of the fact that there aren't much parking spots around that area. We chose not to pay the parking fee and ended up finding a spot relatively easy, especially at night.

Very good breakfast. Location is very convenient if you have a car (like we did) but I'm not sure it is that easy to move around if you need to use public transports to move around the city. The staff was always very nice and helpful.
