Eventhough the bathroom was clean, it was very outdated, still has plastic curtains that are not the best. The room is very big, which was hard to warm throughout the night (they had an electric heater on disposal but ir wasn't enough - it was beginning of November.

The room was very clean, silent, perfect sheets, comfortable bed. The location is strategically positioned in between the Portuguese and Spanish border, which is very convenient for traveling from one country to the other.

Although the hotel is situated in an industrial area, the hotel can organise a taxi to take you into the town proper.

The hotel is very reasonably priced and there's plenty of space to park for free. Only a couple of miles from Benavente.

What was a downfall was that the interiors were really old and broken. It really needs a lot of loving tender care updates. But we were there for only 1 night, but we had a good stay and we would stay there again if we need to. It was cheap and you got what you paid for. ❤️

I liked the location where the staff was nice and we really liked that we had a private parking which we could walk straight from the room down to the garage. We could have a drink in the bar, and it was only 7 min drive to Benavente where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Just a suggestion, may be a buffet breakfast. One bed side light needed a bulb.

No wi-fi; I don't know whether the hotel didn't have any or it simply didn't reach all areas, but the end result is the same: no wi-fi in my room; Very poor placement of bathroom furniture: the toilet is too close to the right hand side wall (and the toilet paper holder is placed right next to the toilet, forcing me to lean to the left, so I don't hit it), the bidet is too close to the toilet, causing me to hit my left knee against it; basically they were all crammed in one side of the bathroom, even though the bathroom was big and had enough space for better placement of the bathroom furniture.

Basic, but spacious room; Good water pressure; The rooms have their own garages; not sure whether they can be used to park your vehicle there or not.

No break fast in price but we could buy coffee, croissant or toasties in the morning. We got a great meal for a great price at 8pm and enjoyed some draft lager and the cheerful friendly manner of the staff. We don't speak any Spanish but the woman who worked there, and whom seemed to do everything around the hotel, was really accommodating and patient. Would recommend for Spain to Portugal route of travel. Nice and quiet hotel, slept well and was warm.

The booking was with aircon NONE PROVIDED. The hotel is very worn out and tired , uncared for. Bathroom mirror cracked.The DRAIN STENCH awoke us in the small hours. Broken tiles on front steps should have been a sign of the standard of this accommodation. Reception provided a noisy fan for the heat .

Staff dont smile even when you smile at them, they not very friendly or maybe its their way? I asked for a double bed and i got two singles who kept sliding away from each other. We couldn't speak because they complained, the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the rooms next door
