How Hotel Turia is rated as a 4* hotel is difficult to imagine, While the rooms are comfortable, they are also basic, possessing neither a mini fridge in which one could keep drinks cool during the city's hot summers nor an electric kettle in which one could make a cup of tea or coffee.

Excellent location, adjacent to Valencia Bus Station and all the city's major attractions.

Around 9 in the morning big noise starts when cleaning service starts with cleaning. There is stone on the floor so when they move beds and stuff... It's really not good. To sleep longer than 9.30 it is impossible. But ok. I dont have some big complaints. They should just clean air intakes in the bathroom.

The overall experience was really good. We did not eat any meals in the hotel, so that part I cannot comment on.

It would be nice if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. A complimentary bottle of water in the room would also be nice. Noise carries easily between bedrooms so I would recommend ear plugs.

Lovely buffet breakfast - great choice. The buffet dinner was also very tasty. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and air conditioning easy to use. Great location. About 20 minutes to walk into the historic quarter.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear the neighbours very clear. There is no minibar or fridge in the room.

We don't mind about walking on marble tiles, from a 4 stars hotel we expect more facilities as there is not a swimming pool, garden, terrace for solarium. Balconies are very small with not even a chair to sit. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was quite good for variety but hot food wasn't even warm. Dinner food was as a 3 stars hotel, not to be compared to a 4 stars as our past experiences; every two days food was the same.

It has comfortable beds, nice bedroom, spacious bathroom, very kind chambermades.

In the first day, one of the booked rooms was not totally clean, that was solved in the following day with housekeeping service.

Location was good: nearby from the bus station and a shopping mall. It takes around 15-20 minutes walking from the downtown. Breakfast options were really good, service at reception, bar and restaurant was polited.
