Small issue, as noted in previous comments, is the neighbor on the other side of the deck partition is a smoker. Unit is on the first (2nd) floor and has no real view, but faces a quiet street.

Renovated, new and modern, comfortable. Perfect for family or two couples with two separate bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen for cooks, with a large grocery close by. Accessible to tram and train. Ana and her mother met us and gave us a full tour and instructions as well as escorting to the garage.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment with every possible thing you could need. The private parking is a big plus and the host provides a card for the public transport which takes you to the Guggenheim in 10 minutes. The host is very friendly and responsive and will do everything she can to help.

Another good fan would have been beneficial to ensure both bedrooms stayed cool during the night.

A great property which had everything you would need. It was exceptionally clean and ideally situated to access the centre of Bilbao.

Turquesa is the most beautiful comfortable apartment in a perfect location! The quality of everything is exceptional, the beds are extremely comfortable, all the decor is beautiful, there is nothing to fault. 'Ana' was very helpful and so lovely and she also gave us free travel cards to use on the public transport. I thoroughly recommend staying here in this apartment.

The things we found frustrating were beyond the control of the owner, and while they impacted our stay, they were not really things the owner could affect in anyway. For example, there was a heat wave. However, the next door neighbor would smoke on her porch keeping us from being able to leave open windows and doors. Construction work was being done below on the street level and the day of sawing through the metal door was difficult. But, it was finished before we left and should not be an issue for the next visitor.

The gentleman who met us on behalf for the owner was personable and kind. He gave us good information and was helpful. So was the owner whom we contacted via Booking messaging. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the owner also left us a few things to get started like coffee. We were very grateful for the fans provided and the washing machine. It was really a lovely space.

The host Ana was very helpful and friendly and gave us great sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need and everything was as described. I loved the beautiful dishes and particularly the floral coffee cups were delightful.There is a supermarket around the corner, the street is residential and lively. We walked everywhere but public transport is very close to the apartment We used the parking garage nearby for our car which was very convenient and secure

Thanks to our lovely host Ana, and her wonderful apartment we have spent a great weekend in Bilbao! The apartment is central, close to public transport, has a parking and is just stunning itself! Beautifully decorated, super clean, great beds, very well equipped and it smells lovely! Ana is an amazing host who kindly left us cookies and coffee for the mornings and helped us by giving us tips and recommendations for our visit in Bilbao. comfortable and cosy flat. Owners met us and directed us to the flat and helped with parking. We had a roof box and they sorted out a parking space that would we could fit into. The flat was suitable for us with a baby and a three year old. We were worried it was a bit ‘far out of the center’ however it was very close! There was a tram that takes you in and a large supermarket nearby. lovely little seating area outside to enjoy a coffee in. The flat itself is clean and beautifully decorated with good Wi-Fi and Netflix on the TV. We were sent some recommendations from Ana about what to do and where to go, she had coffee capsules and milk waiting in the fridge which was a great arrival present!

- location: the tram station is 5 mins walk from the apartment and it takes you anywhere you need to be in Bilbao - the place is well decorated with comfortable beds - the host is very attentive and respond quickly to all of our questions

They had lots of details. Tranporte card, chocolates, coofe. Spacious parking lot apartment espacios and very clean.

It was too hot and had no air conditioning but she had fans which didn’t do anything good. asked for another fan, first said yes but never brought it. Don't know what happen.

THE PLACE WAS DECORATED REALLY BEAUTIFULLY AND THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC. EASY ACCESS TO MANY DESTINATIONS LIKE TOURIST DESTINATIONS AND TRANSPORT SERVICES

Very poor sound insulation. You can hear the tenant/owner above till late at night moving chairs, taking showers, flushing the toilet, sometimes screaming ... definitely needed earplugs to be able to sleep. Excessively decorated. Too many things placed on the table, shelves and in every corner of the room. Feel smaller than it is. Hardly any space to put your own things. You need a good 30 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and 20 min to the city center (Moyua Plaza) unless you accept moving by tram half way around the city. Not a problem if the weather is good an you're not in a hurry to get somewhere.

There is parking space available. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The host was easy to reach and answered promptly.
