Lovely small and cozy hotel in an unbeatable location. It’s literally a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral. The staff is super welcoming and courteous, very friendly and helpful. We were provided everything we needed. Coffee and tea available anytime in the lobby can also be taken to your room. Complimentary water in the minibar. I loved the pillows, so comfy!

If a hotel is willing to provide a travel cot I would maybe expect just a cheap basic high chair available for breakfast. Not a criticism, only a suggestion!

Lovely room with beautiful terrace in the perfect location. Although doesn’t immediately appear as such being such a small boutique hotel, it is family friendly. The staff were super welcoming to our toddler, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The travel cot in our room had a full matching bedding set on it, and she had her own towels folded up just like the adults, a lovely touch as a lot of places make you feel like an inconvenience for travelling with your child. The terrace room we had was perfect and beautifully presented with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day of exploring in Seville, the staff were always so lovelyCan’t thank them enough, wish we stayed longer!

There was quite a bit of black mould in the shower. I would have liked more cupboard space for my clothes. I found the small alleyway outside noisy at night and at dawn so had to sleep with the windows shut.

Charming, bijou hotel, super close to the Cathedral and right in the heart of the old city. Friendly staff. 24-hour reception. Complimentary coffee all day in the lobby. Bedroom spotlessly clean.

I usually prefer tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However, there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in the dining area for free 24hrs a day. The staff were very helpful, showing us how the coffee machine worked.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central and in easy walking distance to all attractions. All staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The staff clearly took pride in where they worked. We would definitely stay here again.

The street can be a bit noisy but a small trade off for the location!

This hotel is a gem!! Its in a superb location just beside the Cathederal and Castle, the room was big and very clean, the shower was powerful and nice touch having Rituals shower gel and soap. Breakfast was cold buffet style but very fresh. The staff are very friendly, made me feel very welcome. I came in one day from the rain to find the lady on reception giving towels to new arrivals to help dry off. A fantastic hotel.

The bathroom. It was perfectly okay and the water was piping hot but the shower unit requires maintenance. The shower tray was insecure and leaked onto the floor, and the tiling was black in some areas.

The hotel is perfectly located for a sightseeing holiday. Easy to find providing you look for the right U-Sense hotel (I think there are 4 in Seville). The room was spacious and clean. I liked the beverage facilities downstairs which meant a nice cup of coffee served in bed (my husband went down each morning). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk pointed us in the right direction, suggested restaurants and methods of transport, and even printed our boarding passes. The cleaning staff were asked not to use perfumed cleaning products and they happily obliged.

We were located in a room with 3 large amazing windows. A spacious, clean room with all the facilities, including a safe box and an audio system. U Sense is located in the heart of Sevilla, just a few steps away from Sevilla Cathedral, 7 min away from Metropol Parasol, Real Alcazar and Torre del Oro. I highly recommend it! 👌

Given the high price I was expecting the windows to be soundproofed. This was only an issue on new years day (it was reaaaally busy around the hotel), but it was quiet the next night so this may not be an issue on most days.

The location was superb! Short walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great to have the option of breakfast too. Loved the Rituals toiletry.

We enjoyed everything and the hotel met our expectations.

Located a short distance from the Seville Cathedral, the hotel was also close to many restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Breakfast at the hotel was basic meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit. Fresh orange juice and coffee were also available. Note the hotel is down a pedestrian alley so there is a short walk if taxi or Uber is used. Staff was helpful they arranged an early morning taxi pick up and always greeted us when we entered or left the hotel. We selected the terrace room which had a view of the Seville Cathedral.

The entrance is in a small alley-way, so it feels cramped going in and out. Also, they lock the front door after midnight, so be sure to tell someone at the front desk you will come back late.

The property is centrally located- steps from the Cathedral.
