There was a problem with the appliance and when turned on the fuse was falling, but staff notified us in advance the hotel was full so did not ask to be relocated

The stove in the room did not work BUT the hotel staff quickly solved this problem by giving us a portable stove

The room was clean. All amenities were present: dishes (a lot), toaster, coffee machine (with coffee capsules), tea bags and cookies (as a welcome kit), microwave, refrigerator with drinks (water, juice, beer), warm blankets, shampoos (but only on the first day). We really liked the location, Las Vistas beach is about 5-7 minutes on foot, there are many restaurants and shops around (2 minutes walk to the supermarket), there is also a bus stop nearby for the bus to Tenerife South Airport. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn’t swim in it because it was cold, but to lie down and sunbathe, this is a great place with a bar where you can order cocktails

Some parts of the rooms / hotel could do with a refurb The room next door to us was getting work done the first few days of our holiday so a lot of noise & drilling No walls between balconies - no privacy No bar (other than pool bar) or evening entertainment etc

We stayed in a studio apartment on the first floor, it had everything we needed and was very clean on arrival with the option of having your room cleaned, fresh towels etc every second day. No a/c but we got a fan at reception. Full equipped kitchenette, hairdryer, iron etc supplied. 2 comfy single beds (and a pull out sofa bed available - which we didn’t use), mirrored slide robe wardrobes with plenty of storage space. All members of staff were lovely but particularly those at the pool bar! Reception staff very helpful with taxis etc. Always sun loungers available, clean pool & great variety of drinks & snacks available at the pool bar. 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the main veronica strip, 15 minutes the other way to Los Cristianos. A great stay over all.

There was a smell of weed from the room next door but no problems came from it. It was just the smell. Plus was expecting double bed but got twins

Apartment was good, pool looked lovely but we were not there long enough to use, staff were friendly and waited for us to arrive as we turned up late due to late plane.

Noisy neighbours partying throughout the night

We liked our private rooftop solarium and the complimentary snacks/drinks in the fridge. We also liked happy hour by the pool and the location of hotel near bus stop

No complaints, if anything the property looks a little tired.

The location was very good not too touristy, local bars n restaurants close by, staff were friendly, pool area quiet and a good sun trap. Bus stop to the airport just outside.

Quite overpriced but I guess you pay for the location. Facilities are quite old, kitchen cookers didn't work (ended up cooking eggs on the microwave) kitchen light didn't work either.

Good location. You can reach playa de las americas or los cristianos in 15 min walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a big supermarket. Rooms are clean. Nice pool and super friendly staff at the bar.

Road noise, even on the top floor - perhaps we’re too sensitive to this as we live in a small village? Furnishings, fixtures and fittings in need of a refresh - but everything was clean and in working condition. Lack of air-conditioning could be a bigger issue in the hotter months.

Good location with multiple transport options, and just far enough away from the “strip”. It had everything that we needed, as a base for our holiday and the staff were always available and helpful.
