Very clean and a nice communal feel to the area. Easy walk or bus ride into the city centre. Local bars and shops were great serving lovely food and drinks.

There is no hair dryer in the room, but you can ask for it on the reception. Also, there is not a soundproof door, so you hear everything from the corridor, but it was quiet enough.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the old town and promenade, but close to the Reale Arena, which is perfect if you are visiting football matches there. Nice small room with a comfy bed. You can get some tea and coffee in the lobby, also there are some complimentary snacks and drinks. A nice self-service laundry and a small grocery are in the next building. The bus stop is right after the building.

The location is not so close to city centre albeit it is very easy to reach it by the bus that runs from next to the hotel.

Everything was fine.

The facilities were modern and clean. The room was comfortable and included a fridge, a desk, and ample storage space. It was nice to have access to coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff was excellent. The staff provided very clear and helpful information, and they provided very friendly and professional service.

Everything was great. The lady at the reception was very nice, accomodating, helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, clean room, free coffee/tea/lollies at the reception and towels are changed everyday. Good and quiet area. There is a grocery and places to eat nearby. No problem with street parking. Easy access to town by bus. Highly recommended!

The sound isolation wasn't the best - you could hear people walking and talking in the corridors. There wasn't a mirror in the room - only the one above the bathroom sink.

The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

It's a little way out from the centre, in what looks like a newish development, so there are not too many cafés etc close by (although the one around the corner where I had breakfast was fine). In fairness, there are two bus stops within 50m with regular access to the city center (€1.85 per trip, cash or card; about 15/20 minutes). There's also a train station (Loiola Station) across the road with connections to San Sebastian and Gros stations (day return for €4ish; journey time of 4/6 minutes) in the city centre. Personally, I was in San Sebastian for sightseeing and sun, rather than nightlife. As such, I was happy to compromise on location for such good value and nice, quiet surroundings.

The room/bathroom was spotless, nice size and bright. It was ground floor and exposed to passing foot traffic, but it's a quiet neighbourhood so that didn't inconvenience me at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was speedy and easy. Tea and coffee making facilities in reception was a nice touch.
