A lovely room, well equipped and in a good central area. Helpful staff and a quick, smooth check in/out. Shops and market nearby. Microwave and kettle in the room. Really enjoyed ourselves. Good sized shower. Comfortable double bed.

noise and lots of light from the street (bring ear plugs and sleep mask of you are a light sleeper). zero privacy in the bathroom (huge glass windows instead if a door).

great location. the room was spacious and stylish. very comfy bed and pillows. good for remote working, there was a table and good wife. loved the little balcony. there was a tiny kitchen with coffee and tea. easy self checkin. huge show, nice towels and nice toiletries. spotlessly clean. great value for money.

Lovely bright and spacious room with enclosed balcony. Very clean and had everything you might need . We only stayed 1 night but perfect for a longer stay with kitchen facilities. Great shower room! Let us into the.property early as room ready, very helpful.

Insanely hot when arrived - no obvious sign of air conditioning . Glass door to bathroom not great. Windows on balcony in need of repair.

Very confortable and clean, very good location, not far away to the bus station, there are multiples bars around.Also I found very nice that they have some lokers on the lobby where you can left fhe luggages until your checkin room. Very nice host answering very quickly to the messages.I really recommend this stay.

There wasn’t anything to not like.

Beautifully designed Apartment with elements of the Original building and Cool New Style combined. Excellent Shower, Bed, Balcony, Kitchenette and easy Access system. The Location next to the Mercado de La Esperanza is the Superb! The Beating (and eating) Heart of the City. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend Urban Suites Rooms.

The iron is not very good and need upgrading possibly with an ironing board.

Very spacious and beautiful designed room. Like a mini apartment. Location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything. Staff were very polite and friendly.

There is some street noise and lights at night from the surrounding buildings.

Large room in a great location. I normally have hotels that don't have an in person check in but it went very smoothly and I was able to get into my room early. Having a mini fridge was great and laundry next to the hotel was a big plus.

Ours was a small enough unit, well decorated! The shutters and doors keep out the noise of the every day city bustle. Juliette balcony. Not a lot of storage, though great for a weekend stay, would be a preferable place for a couple as 3/4 door on bathroom. We'd use this apartment/unit again.

So central. Near the "Mercado" which was lovely to see (traditional) It's a very clean apartment, comfortable and handy as it's a few blocks from the airport bus. It's even nearer to the town hall and there are quite a few buses to the beach from there. Good for a long weekend, near everything you'd want. Staff were nice

What a quality place to stay and so central. The bonus was having the closed in balcony which was perfect for meals. I liked the layout and the furniture was just suited - not too much allowing the room to remain sizeable. The room is on a corner so two sets of windows helped in the heat (as well as the fan!) the access was relatively straightforward and the cleaning staff were friendly and quality of cleaning was very high

The glass door to the bathroom. A solid one would have given privacy both inside the room and from the offices across the street.

The location was convenient as we walked to and from the bus station. As we had been walking the camino and carried rucksacks we did not want to travel far from our means of getting to the airport.

Soundproofing wasn't the best.

Eclectic styling of the suites. Nespresso coffee machine, comfortable bed, strong shower, and the Veranda. Welcoming box of chocolates was a nice touch.

Everything about Urban Suites Santander was amazing. We stayed (as did some of our friends) for a wedding in the area. The location is perfect to explore Santander and walking distance to everything, including the ferry that will take you over to Somo. The cleaning ladies are so lovely and helpful and keep the place spotless. Other reviews have complained about noise, but we didn’t have any problems at all. We left our bags in the lockers in the hallway, and came back to find the code didn’t work. However, a quick phone call and all was sorted, and the helpful lady even phoned back to make sure everything was ok. Would 100% recommend - we will definitely be back.
