Cockroaches in the kitchen

Staff were all very friendly, particularly the barman. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the whole place felt very secure. It is close to the metro and bus stops, leaving the beach, and old town in easy reach.

It is not hotel's fault, but the guests were very uneducated. The rules stated that nobody is allowed to make noise so to disturb the other guests post midnight. However, on saturday night, people yelled and slammed doors until past 1am, and same the morning after at 7am again. Again, it is not hostel's fault, but given that the reception is open until 8pm, if you have nobody that ensures rules are respected, than rules are useless (in my opinion). So, if you are planning to stay in here on saturday night, be aware this might happen.

Location is perfect, 500m from metro station Maritim which is directly connected to the airport. The staff is very kind, both the receptionists and the barman. Coffee is good and the room was clean enough to be an hostel. Room is small, but it is enough to cover the basics.

First night only have an upper bed, but I ask them to find me a lower for next day, they agree to leave that note. Next day was someone in practices who said basically she did not care for my request and gave it to a newcomer, when I asked why, she replyed: we don't do it cause it's not good for us. Meaning not caring for guest? We don't care for guest, I found it very rude and despreciative at the end, never heard that before working in hotels for years...

Good 4this price, Clean, food temperature and ventilation, silent unless someone open the windows, cheap laundry & dryer, lockers until 3pm. Good fast attention on the bar, cozy hall and funny patio on the back to make phone calls...

Unfortunately staff didn't informed me that I should change room from second night due to some works there. I was a bit surprised and confused when I saw cleaning lady with my private staff in hand. She explained my why she was doing that however receptionist should let me know about that situation before.

It my second time in hostel and I am quite content at all. Good price and quality.

The blanket was dirty. There are 3 toilets that are shared with 60 people and they are always dirty. The people in the bar were mostly from outside the hostel.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and with a locker.

I think there should be some type of security at night. Not all the guests are nice. At 4 am a group of guests stayed for 20 minutes screaming in the hallway. I also found some hair on the floor, but not a big deal

This didn't even look like a hostel bedroom. It was quite big, the bed was huge, there was a big balcony with chairs so you can relax, the bathroom was amazing. The shower was very spacious. They cleaned the room everyday. The staff was amazing. Very easy to reach by metro. Really good for the price!

There was a mix up with a couple of things that suggested some staff weren't too sure what was going on however these issues were solved swiftly and satisfactorily.

Kitchen on saturday and monday closed earlier around 20:00. They had a notice on that. Kitchen only opens at 8 and on tuesday just opened around 10:30, a bit late for breakfast. No shower gel. Reception as as short schedule do check in 15-20.

Both the small patio on ground floor and the terrace were closed. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bar area (including in the restaurant area, close to where the food was kept). I asked for a blanket and was given another sheet (you only had a sheet to cover yourself with)

Nice shared rooms with lockers, privacy blinds, individual light and sockets. Good location if you want close to port/beach. Direct line to/from the airport. Restaurant with breakfast lunch and dinnet on site. Large common space. Good shower and toilet area, clean, separated male/female.

The curtain on my bed was broken, but not on all the other beds. The bathroom on the floor had a semi-broken door and it could have been cleaner.

Overall the hostel look fresh, rooms were clean and it was nice to have card instead of key to both room and locker. Kitchen facility was also available.

Saw a couple of cockroaches, though only in the hallways and not in the rooms. Kitchen is completely locked during the night, so you can not access your food in the fridge if you leave before the reception opens.

Good location, value for money combo. Absolutely excellent staff at check-in, those girls are the best! They're friendly and gave me option to use lockers to keep my luggage before and after my stay before I checked into another facility. Thank you!

Hostel's location is a good compromise between getting to the beach and getting to the city centre. Neighbourhood is less touristy and you can get good food at low prices. Spacious keycard lockers in room. Decent beds. Spacious bar in the ground floor where you can get very cheap but good breakfast.

The lock on the bathroom door didn’t close, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and there was an unpleasant smell.
