The building had a weird smell

The location could not be better. The building is in a lovely quiet square in the old town that has a few lovely, local bars. The studio apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had an early flight so arrived very early but the hosts allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment before check in, which we really appreciated. If we are ever in Valencia again, we will definitely stay here again.

A little noisy with the festival and noise from this outside but once windows and shutters closed didn't disturb at all. (Festival wonderful to see though)

So close to the old city, lovely accomodation, even a lift I hadn't expected which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in Valencia.

Great location, well renovated building, spatious apartment with good equipment and facilities and a splendid view from the balcony and available reception for services like ordering airport transfer at good price or printing some documents.

It is a bit cold in the apartment but there is an air conditioner that can heat the air and an extra blanket. Some of the streets around the apartment felt a bit unsafe when it gets dark

The apartment has everything you could possibly need, is very comfortable and is very close to the city center. There is an elevator in the building, if you travel with luggage, it may come in handy. Check in was very easy, you didn’t even have to stop by the reception

We liked everything.

The place is with excellent location, on walking distance to the centre. There is convenient transport to the Bioparc and and the Oceanografic. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The space is separated with curtains, which is a little bit strange as we were a group of friends, not only family, but it was ok. The host is very kind and hospitable.

We heard all other guests (not soundproofed) talking, laughing etc. All the doors in the building should have ‘soft closing’ - at the moment you hear every single opening/closing of the door in the building. Also it would be much more guest-friendly if we could leave the trash in the apartment when leaving or if garbage cans would be available in the building.

Location is perfect. Size of the apartment is just fine for 2 adults and 1 child. Check-in process is excelllent. The staff is very responsive!

Amazing place! great location, 5 min walk to the city center with bars and restaurants, at the same time very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Smooth communication with the manager, contactless check-in with the codes, everything was arranged in a perfect way. Definitely worth to stay!!!

We had a difficult time communicating with ‘What’s App’ because we’ve never used it before. Long flight followed by a long drive to Valencia. We were tired and it took a long time to get the pass codes to get into the property.
