In the morning there was a very slight smell from the drains. I just kept the window open It didn’t bother me.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good choice of food. Greenery/shrubbery nice. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge/tea making facilities. Patio area , plenty of seating. Bathroom spacious and shower good. Lovely and quiet. However, there was building work behind the hotel. Not much can be done about it. If people want improvement in the areas then unfortunately it’s a small problem that is not long term😃 Rafa made me two lovely crepes each morning along with a great smile and greeting.

The only big minus was the lousy internet connection in the room. The connection at the pool was good. The hotel has about 30 sunbeds and it was unfortunate that the staff didn't care that some people reserved the sunbeds for the whole day, even though they didn't use them at all. I don't know how common this is in Tenerife but one morning there was a cockroach on the floor of our room.

The hotel was the right size for us, neither too big nor too small. The rooms were cleaned and the beds made daily. The staff was friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. In particular, one of the restaurant's show cooks was a particularly pleasant person. The restaurant's food was also good and varied.

The bathroom flor was very dirty, needed to be scrubbed. We vere thinking of doing it our self.

One of the best dinner during those 2 weeks was on the hotel restaurant. We did not know this until the last days. Always when we looked at the restaurant noone or very few people were there, all were on the buffet.

It says to be an environmentally friendly hotel, and sure they work for it. However, the towels were changed even id we did not asked. Also, small individual jam packages etc should be replaced by bigger pots. Also advice for the customers to make environmentally friendly choices should be given.

It’s a small nice hotel hidden between big buildings. It was great that they filter waste water to grow trees and flowers!

Beds don't get changed that often. Wifi could have been better. Also lights around the jacuzzi would have been lovely for the evenings.

I spent two nights in the hotel but wish I had been able to stay longer. Thanks to the reception, dining room and other staff I felt very welcome and pampered and would like to thank them for everything! The hotel facilities and the food (breakfasts and dinners) were also great, and my suite was exceptional.

The food was not the best, although the variety was good. We could not change dinner to lunch which is a problem for some people who do not want to eat t full dinner late at night. The "gym" was very outdated, the equipment was literally rusty (that is probably because the gym is outside, which is not a problem in Tenerife).

The room was spacious. The hotel had a nice layout and atmoshphere, also cool poolside. We loved the Canary Islands as the weather is very nice and food and drinks are generally cheap. The fauna is also beautiful.

The room was very comfy, modern, clean and everything worked as it supposed to. The variety of the breakfast is excellent, they even have a chef who can cook anything you desire(omlett,scrambled egg,pancake). Table service is continously.

WiFi in some areas was a little unstable and an advertisement video for the hotel would run on the TV all the time with no obvious way of turning it off as the volume and channel selection would reset all the time

The only negative I have about this establishment is that the hot buffet was cold regardless of the time we went. There were some occasions when the food was warm :(

We got upgraded to the coconut suite and had our jacuzzi. The property was clean, beautiful and central to everything.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as it always had a funky smell to it. It was really easy to hear the noise from the hallway. Toiletries should have been refilled. The WiFi signal was so terrible, my phone kept switching to mobile data.

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the communication in English was very easy with them. It's also located centrally with a lot of places to go out around it and there are bus stations not too far away, and yet it is like a quiet peaceful oasis in the very touristic area of Playa de las Americas. The pool is really clean and warm. Around Christmas, it was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was cozy both during the day and in the evenings. The room is comfortable and well equipped so even if the weather is not so good, you can use your favourite streaming services on the TV. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was quite varied in options.
