A super hotel in all respects. Staff were friendly and very attentive and the whole place was kept very clean. Food was fabulous with a huge variety for each course.

The only thing for us was the music round the pool loud and modern , but we are late fifties so to be fair the younger generation would love it!

Lovely smaller hotel with the most beautiful plants surrounding everywhere you walk. Welcomed with a glass of Prosecco or orange and upgraded to a pool view . Rooms spacious and clean. Bed large and comfortable , shower good. Located within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the seafront .

Not much we didn't like apart from food which we thought was of a higher standard pre pandemic than this time around, but we could always find something to eat,plus it being a buffet still dining not much in the way of sanitising

Second time we have stayed here just as good as the last,but had a better room being that we had a pool view, is was a little bit extra money but worth it.

The comfy bed, the staff at reception especially! The cleaners were also very pleasant, the location was fantastic so close to everything you needed. It's smaller than other hotels which I liked, no noise etc at night and felt very safe there

Amazing stay! Was a bit sceptical about it being quite far from the beach, but it was a very easy walk and absolutely no problem, took maybe 7-10mins. We got a welcome drink in the beginning, which really gives you that "now my holiday is starting" feeling. Breakfast was really good, rooms modern and clean, the whole hotel area is very green and really nicely done with a lot of plants, everyone was super friendly, happy hour was awesome and the cocktails really good, the pool was nice, quite warm (but still refreshing) and saltwater, we loved it. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants close by and you can book excursions directly at the hotel, so we really didn't get bored. The guests were overall mainly younger, a lot of couples between 20 - 40, but some older guests as well. All in all I really got nothing negative to say. If we ever come back to Las Americas, we definitely know which hotel to book!

Sound proofing of rooms is not the best, there is big whole under the entrance door. So when there is a cleaning in the next room, you can hear it like if cleaning was in your room instead. It was especially at night, when other guests were coming back from party and starting running from room to room, clapping doors, laughing even though there is a note to be quite on each floor. I know this is people factor and not hotel's fault, but maybe they could do something with sound isolation of the doors. The breakfast was quite repetitive.

Concept Adult Only is a big plus for us, it is quite calm near the pool as there are no children so one can relax. Building itself is beautiful, there is small passage way behind to go straight to the beach. The rooms are big. Staff is great, always smiling and helpful. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

The breakfast was always the same and there weren’t many vegetables. If you’re a fan of English breakfast then you’ll love what they have. However, if you’re into stronger coffee, veggies and fruits, and fresh juices, then you won’t have that many options. Internet wasn’t that stable in our room.

It’s close to the beach, the interior and exterior are really beautiful and the pool is nice. The room was quite spacious. The location is really good because, although close to the beach, normally you don’t hear the noise coming from the clubs along the coast. The garden surrounding the hotel is green and pretty.

Friendly and helpful employees from the first moment, from Jose Manūel at the lobby, good and versatile breakfast, clean rooms every day. The pool area is well organised and sunny. Good location and suprisingly quiet at night time.

The jacuzzi on the balcony of the junior suite was fantastic, the breakfast and pool bar were great with good quality food. We had a meal in chez diamian the restaurant there one evening and it was outstanding. Great service from staff. Welcome mimosas on arrival. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the DJ and happy hour on Saturdays and Wednesdays was a great touch. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Can't fault it. We would definitely return. Location within walking distance to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants.

People leaving their towels on the pool even before opening hours. Never had the opportunity to lay down near the pool. However you can always go to the solarium near.

Everything was amazing, I loved that it’s an adults only hotel so really relaxing for vacation. The location was great, very close to the lively street with night life but also just the right distance so it’s quiet. The breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely.

i thought over all it was a great hotel, everything was easy accessible and great vibes, staff were helpful and the pool was amazing, they cleaned our room everyday and it was spotless.
