We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were two things that were problematic. The windows did not have screens (which I understand is common in this part of the world). Since the air conditioner didn't work well, we left the windows open at night and woke in the morning with mosquito bites! Almost of the staff were very helpful and pleasant, a few were rather rude to us as - similar to the things that others have mentioned in their comments. That was really a shame as we really liked this hotel and the staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The positives far outweighed these negatives, and we would stay here again without hesitation. But . . . we will bring mosquito repellent to wear at night!
We'd highly recommend this hotel. Our room was exceptionally clean which is always our top priority. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Our window overlooked other buildings where homeowners hung their laundry from window to window - very quaint.

United KingdomThe buffet breakfast for 7€ was poor. The only benefit to us is that we didn’t have to queue at the first cafe on the Camino which saved us time. I didn’t like the threatening notice about not taking food out of the dining room. If I pay for food I expect to eat it when I like. I am a reasonable customer so would not take advantage and fill my rucksack but I guess some people do.
