The staff didn’t make any explanations. He didn’t even smile. We had to figure things out for ourselves (parking, where was the room, wifi, how to take the train, etc)

It is located near the train station that takes you to the centre of Madrid in 20 minutes. The room is big enough for 2 people to be comfortable.

A nicer coffee vending machine

We were allowed to check-in one hour earlier, and their check-out is at 12, which is rare. Their parking is big enough and cheap, but you could also park outside, there is plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and friendly staff. A taxi to the city center is about 25 EUR, but you could take the train (3 min walk) for 2.25 EUR and be in puerta del sol in 20min (faster than taxi)

The location is in the outside of Madrid, you will need to use a car or use the Renfe Cercanias train to Aranjuez or Charmartin to go to the central part of the city, you will take that train to go to the closest metro station and get another train from there. That train passes every 15-20 min so you usually wait. As well there's a bus but that takes longer to pass through there. Usually if we wanted to go somewhere from the hotel it would take 45 min - 1 hour to be there.

The staff, the room, the building, the cleanliness, all good with the building itself, the breakfast was really good and also I liked the bending machines that were selling already-cooked food as well the prices for breakfast and beverages were good.

The shower cubicle was very small and not spacious however was clean and functional.

The hotel is modern, very clean and mattress is comfortable. The shower was too small but functional and clean. They have a self-service dining area where one can buy food and drink items from the vending machine. The metro is 20-30minutes away and the area surrounding the hotel is rather industrial so there weren't a lot of people around. There's the train station nearer (though never used).

Functional. Rooms clean. Easy to park outside, always plenty of spaces. 15 minute fast walk to Metro Villaverde Alto which takes you directly into central Madrid.

They only have one tea/coffee machine (but two of everything else) and it was broken!

Basic room but had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy and shower was hot! Secure parking included in stay and 5 minutes walk from the train.

The bathroom is very small, so if you are group of friends take it into consideration. The location is not bad, however if you are interested in staying in the center and be late, it could not be your best choice.

Breakfast is good, the hotel is quiet. It would be a good option for a solo traveler or friends.. The location is not bad compared to the price, it is easy to get to the center, it is just about 20-25 mins by train

Walls in the rooms are thin, so you can hear people from the next rooms really loud. The shower cabin in my room was too small.

Location is in industrial part of the city, but it is okay for visiting Madrid - 5 minutes walking to train station and 15 minutes by train to Atocha station. Breakfast is fine. Stuff is really polite and friendly.

Replace the kitchenette with the fixed table from the opposite corner of the room. There wasn’t enough space to walk round the bed where the table was placed. There was no real need for a kitchenette because there were ample cooking facilities on the ground floor. A small fridge could be placed under the table in the new location. Thereby giving a little bit bit more usable space in the room.

Check in took a while as there was a queue and only one person on the desk. There is no restaurant on site, the cafe consists of food in vending machines, next time I stay I will be better prepared and come with my own food.

An affordable option three minutes walk from a train stop that will get you into the centre of Madrid in 20 minutes. Clean and comfortable room with kitchenette. Free parking. We were going to the Madrid Open and it was a good location as could get there by cab for 10€.

Suggestion - It would be great if 'good' coffee could be sold outside of the breakfast. That's mainly all I want for breakfast. The vending matching coffee doesn't quite cut it.

I really enjoyed the breakfast - great value for money. But I mostly just wanted the coffee.

Room is smaller than the size shown on the advertisement, no restaurant cafe and shop , located in a new developed industrial areas, the normal metro line for city centre is unavailable for that area, travel to downtown via train , need to buy extra $10 pass train ticket for the lines C3 which is available from the train service only. The transport cost won’t be as cheap as the ones close to the city centre.
