It was all perfect but a full length mirror in the living area would be greatly appreciated.

The location of this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. Mallorca's gorgeous cathedral is literally in front of the hotel so we had an amazing view which we relished every time we walked in our room. We also really enjoyed that we were a short pleasant walk to anything and everything. The rooms are exactly as in the photographs; spacious, clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The living area had great working/eating table which was very useful since I needed to work at night. The housekeepers and staff were all super nice and accommodating. We were welcomed to our suite with a beautiful orchid and a handwritten welcome letter from the staff. Very nice gesture! Next time we come to Mallora, we'll make sure to stay here again.

Not sure you can get a better location in Palma. The apartment itself was great, the views from the (unadvertised) roof terrace were amazing. Easy walk to just about anywhere inc. parking. Ice cream parlour under the flat.

I missed having a full length mirror in the bedroom when I was getting ready to go out.

All areas were exceptionally clean, from the communal entrance to the lift taking us up to the apartment. The complimentary products in the bathroom were of a high quality and smelt lovely. It was tastefully decorated and was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect! Communication with the property before we arrived was so simple and the instructions to access the apartment couldn’t of been easier.

The only thing I missed was an iron but I managed without.

The location was very convenient as there was a lot of interesting places we could walk to easily. My package did not include breakfast and we ate breakfast nearby in the area. The room was beautiful with amazing views from the windows. The staff was so helpful, and I look forward to return for a longer period.

Only thing is that the floors are quite thin, so if you have a big group staying in the floor above you (or even a family with little ones running around) then that can be a little loud

The property is located in the most amazing location. It’s also really tastefully decorated and clean. Felt very special.

An amazing location overlooking the cathedral and the bay. The separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting room were luxurious. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. There is no front desk, however, check-in, check-out and service was seamless. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a perfect property-no complaints about anything

The welcome at Vila Damunt is absolutely amazing-very personal, helpful, and genuine. The room we stayed in was very large and really beautiful with very stylish and comfortable decor. The location is exceptional. It is right next to the Cathedral and Palace and a short stroll to the town centre. The room is also very quiet at night. The view from the room onto the cathedral and then out to sea was stunning.

location was right next to the cathedral and palace; 5 mins walk from the happening areas. Room size was wonderful, and the standard of fittings, decor and cleanliness were exceptional.
