Location is good, stuff is friendly, nice hotel

€18 extra per night for bringing a small dog is excessive. Hard to find parking space ( unless you pay to park in a private car park which is €12 a day). This along with the extra payment for bringing our dog makes a good value for money hotel a bit overpriced

Parking was very expensive 28 euros in an open space with no cover. For 12.50 euros you an park very near the hotel. The hotel lifts were very noisy and if your room is near the lifts you going to hear noisy until the last client goes to sleep.

Location is very good but there are better option in the same location.

Bar staff were a bit awkward when asked to provide a glass of ice for the room. Normally in a 4* hotel this would t be a big problem.

Location was great. Large supermarket across the road. Large bathroom with powerful hot shower, soft clean towels and toothbrush/shower gel amenities. Large comfy bed with big pillows. Private balcony with chairs and a table.

A bit pricy for what it is , really old furniture , there are no blinds that prevent light to enter in the morning, only long courtneys but they don't darken the room enough

although the hotel have a pool, the pool is locate in the other address that was the only negative side otherwise there is nothing that I can complain about it.

the staff are super friendly and helpful. we felt that every time we need some recommendation they did extra effort to help us to find the best way to make we feel welcome and comfortable . the hotel is just in the town so you can walk less than 10minutes and you will be in the beach! if you want shopping, just next door you will find a supermarket and a lot of other shoppings.

WiFi went in and out inside the room, and was not available on the balcony.

Great size, comfortable bed, and the balcony was a real treat - we ate breakfast there every morning. The staff was nice and helpful.

Parking to unload off load luggage is a bit tricky. No facilities in room to make a hot drink.

They allowed smoking on the balconies (there was an ashtray) so the room smelt a bit smokey.

It was a dog friendly hotel. They left a water bowl and a small tin of dog food - lovely touch. The shower was good, large, a very comfortable bed and the location was close to lovely cafes. Parking facilities were close by as was the market. Staff were great - very helpful and friendly.

Only bad thing about the stay was the fact that the hotel wasn’t able to store our luggage for the last day after check out, only until 3 o’clock. We had to carry a heavy luggage around and change all the plans we had for the last day due to this. We were only advised to ask other hotels around to see if they can keep it, however this was of course not possible because they would only store their own customers luggage.

The hotel does not have any sound proofing, noise on the street not muffled at all, noise in other rooms and in corridors meant we got very little sleep.

The receptionist in the morning was very rude. The hotel was outdated. The food on the breakfast buffet was dry from sitting out so long. I wouldn’t stay there again.
