We had an amazing stay at Francesc's beautiful apartment in Barcelona. The apartment is in a perfect location near the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and sea. My stay at Vila Olimpica Skyline on Carrer Salvador Espriu, 79 BB, 08005, Barcelona, was truly exceptional. The personal touch and kindness shown by the owner added a special dimension to my experience that I greatly appreciated. The property itself is situated just a short walk from Nova Icària Beach, offering convenient access to the beautiful seafront promenade. It's in a fantastic location, not only for its proximity to the beach but also for being surrounded by delightful restaurants and convenient supermarket shops. This made dining out and grabbing necessities a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. Not much to dislike. The AC in the downstairs room was perhaps a little annoying at night.

The location was perfect to visit the beaches, the nightclubs and the harbour. Having the supermarket nearby was also a huge bonus. Francesc was very welcoming, we would definitely stay again!

The shower was a bit small in the downstairs area, especially for some of my tall friends but that is the only complaint I have from a very enjoyable stay.

The landlord francesc was a very friendly and helpful owner. Very responsive through text and always happy to help if I had any questions. The location is great, right by the beach with a supermarket and great food stops only minutes away. The apartment itself was very spacious and had no problem accommodating all 10 of our party. 3 stories with a large living area in the middle floor.

The sound insulation is quite poor, but the apartment is nice and simple.

The apartment was big enough for 2 families with 2 kids each to stay comfortably in. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and some restaurants.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, on 3 floors. The location was very good, near the beach, 10 minutes by foot from the subway station. But given the fact that the city is amazing, being far from the subway was not a problem. The host was very friendly and kind. You cannot throw parties because of the neighbours but there are a lot of clubs and places where you can have fun near this apartment. To sum it all up, this apartment is 10/10.

Our stay at Vila Olympica Skyline was beyond expectations. The appartement was very clean and everything was present. The appartement was very big. This gave us also room for privacy during out Stay. The location is Just across the beach and boulevard. During our Stay we had great weather and could fully enjoy the beach by taking long walks on the boulevard. A good bakery and a big supermarkt are nearby. Last but not least the host Fransesc is very helpful and friendly. He had been responding very quickly and friendly to our questions. We Will definitely book again!!

Minor issue: there is no beachfront view anymore as its covered with a few trees but thats not a big problem.

The Location is absolutely perfect. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you're at the beach, or 5-10 minutes and you're at the Barceloneta if you're down to party. There is a little shop close by for Drinks and a big Supermarket around the Corner. The place feels pretty secure as you can only enter the appartments from 2 sides of the road by Key. The appartment has a lot of space and enough rooms for a group of people. Wifi also included. Would definitely come back!
