The only possible complaint was some parts of the decking areas on the balcony were slightly loose.

The property was excellent. It had brilliant views and the villa was modern and well equipped in a nice area.

Villa is a little tired plus the water leaked from the main shower. I didn't like the fact you had to give a 500 euro cash deposit and then have it transferred back a few days after departure.

The property is stunning, the decor is very tasteful and the villa is spotlessly clean. It’s has all of the amenities you could need of a high quality. The terrace on the upper level offers beautiful views and the most amazing sunsets every evening. Each one different. The outdoor space is also amazing and the pool is a great size.

Nothing much at all.

Property was immaculately presented, modern villa, nicely furnished and spacious. Bottled water and a bottle of bubbly already in the fridge for our arrival courtesy of the hosts. Great location for easy travel to Adeje, Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The gated community in which the villa sits is very quiet and peaceful. Local restaurants and shops within walking distance and only a short taxi journey to the beaches and busier areas. Really enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Avitan Premium & Luxury Villas in Tenerife was incredible. The villa was stunning, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Great location, fabulous sunset views across the coast. Pool was excellent, just the right temperature when heated. Plenty of pots pans and cutlery for home cooking. Very very clean and very good communication from the owners when needed.

The villa is at the top of a hill so bare this in mind if you have mobility issues, however we had my elderly grandmother with us who can’t walk far and just got a taxi which was absolutely fine. Other than it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa and already planning our next stay! We were met by the host when we arrived who talked us through the villa, and left us a large basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne. The villa was spotless, and we had a cleaner come to clean the pool and a gardener come whilst we was there which was great too. It was about a 10/15 min walk down to the local shop or 20-30 mins to the beach front, however we opted for taxis as it was located at the top of a hill. We was given a taxi company to use and found it really easy to call taxis, they came within minutes and was €5-€10 euros which was great. Overall we loved our stay here and was sad to leave, the villa was pure luxury, 100% worth the money and the views of the sunset every night made it so special. I would recommend this villa to everyone!

Although it is advertised as premium luxury entity - in reality it is poor quality rent house. Windows/doors don’t lock so you always want to set alarm just in case, the walls are pilling off, pillows smell of sweat, bathrooms with pass through water floor smell terrible, hoses are leaking etc..

Good location with a nice view. Well equipped kitchen. Alarm. A lot of bathrooms and toilets. Nice art throughout the villa.

Some bits are looking a little tired. Getting a taxi to come to the property is difficult but not the hosts or villa fault just not many negatives to mention.

Very friendly host very contactable which is ideal if you need to get them . Nice villa not quite as big as expected from pictures however still a lovely place.

nothing it was perfect for us. visitors with limited mobility should consider that the location is hilly with 2 sets of steps from the car port and the accommodation is set over 3 floors.

The views were phenomenal, this coupled with the luxury bedrooms and style of the property made for a beautiful and comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the hosts, they were helpful and attentive throughout!

The manager lied to us about the pool then the owner kept our money for deposit over a chipped table which wasn't us, they clearly need to con people out of money to complete the renovation of the property next door which the works was on going during our stay early morning starts

They took my money for heating the pool which never heated, then when I ask for refund they told me I was informed to close the pool at night which I wasn't told, then they took my deposit for a chip on an outdoor table which wasn't us, the villa is lovely but be careful as there is construction work next door early mornings and make sure you check the whole property for damages first
