Kitchen could have done with a few extra things like a bread knife, a large chopping board, cafetière but overall it was v well equipped and had plenty of plates,etc Mattresses were a bit soft for sleeping on There were mozzies in the evening and we did get bitten so I’d recommend bug spray or avoid sitting out in the evening by the pool

Amazing that this villa was part of the Cabot complex as it meant we could use the other pools and facilities available Handy there was a laundrette with dryer next door as we had lots of kids with us There were 2 living areas plus the bbq outside Loved all the space inside and outside The property was less than 10 min walk to the beach and about 5 mins to the Cabot hotel complex where we were able to book massages and use the spa plus hire tennis courts The small chicken bar with play park right next door was great for eating

the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped with utensils. some of the lights didn’t work including in our bedroom and bathroom. the edging around the swimming pool was very rough and cut my sons toes and fingers, even wearing socks it completely ripped his socks and made his feet extremely sore. we also didn’t have a cleaner come in at all during the whole week and no fresh towels. the pool wasn’t cleaned either during our stay which was disappointing. we didn’t even have a net to try and clean the pool ourselves. a bit more attention to detail is definitely needed.

the Villa was very big and nicely laid out. perfect if you are staying there as 2 families as you have your own space. good location too, apart from the fact it was right by the road and could do with a taller fence so you can’t be seen in the pool/garden.

The Villa is quite dated and could do with some renovation. On arrival it smelt very damp and musty. The pool could have been cleaner.

The villa was in a good location only a short walk to the beach. The apartments Cabot Las Velas next door where we collected the keys were really good and helpful, we also used the facilities there which were really nice and the staff were very helpful.

My only comment if I had to make one is we wished we could have the sun longer around the pool area. The one large tree behind the pool blocked the sun from around 3.30pm which was a real shame around the pool and sun loungers so it was in the shade till late so we always went to the beach in the afternoons for the sun.

The help we recieved from the cabot apartments next door. They were fantastic and always happy to help.

We were really, really unlucky with the weather for the whole of our stay (we travelled first week of April) - and unfortunately the house was absolutely freezing and everything felt really damp (including the bedding, which was really uncomfortable). The rooms do have heater/air conditioning units but these weren’t effective enough to make a big difference. Probably not a problem for most of the year but be warned if travelling out of peak season. Also, limited hot water so we all had to stagger our showers throughout the day. The smaller bedrooms are pretty pokey and if you’re pushing the single beds together to make a double it’s pretty uncomfortable. Two main problems - The house and pool area are on a noisy, main road and completely surrounded by major building sites on three sides (none of this was in the pics so we were pretty disappointed), so wouldn’t be the most peaceful or relaxing space if you were to sit out there on a nice day. Our biggest criticism is that this place really isn’t child-friendly. The pool is completely unguarded and there are quite a few doors leading to the pool area and to the grounds of the property, including an exit onto the roof. The main stairs are curved, steep and hazardous and the floors are all slippery and marble. Also, lots of random steps in the house and pointy surface edges (e.g. the kitchen island). We had a three year old in our party and we were constantly on edge watching the stairs / corners / slippy floor / doors to the grounds and pool areas. Wanted to make this really clear to other families who might be considering booking.

Lots of space, great for a big group. The place was well stocked with towels, linen, toilet roll etc. The staff based at the neighbouring partner hotels were really friendly and helpful. Nice communal areas to choose from in the house, and the BBQ with outdoor heater was a great bonus, which we enjoyed using.

Sunbeds are uncomfortable master bedroom weird howling noise & shower flooded floors if not v careful Kitchen not well equipped .. no oven gloves no information booklet had to constantly ask reception for wifi code / key safe access code , drying rack etc

The outside could be a bit more well lit but apart from that, it was amazingly

The property is well equipped, clean and so so big. We got in there and they had left the air con on so we’d walk into a nice cool house. Super thoughtful.

Building work going on both sides of the villa that we were not made aware of. Noise from wagons and workmen all day until 20.00 in the evening. Concrete dust blown off roof by contractors into our swimming pool

Building sites BOTH sides of the house which meant building noise from 8am to 6 pm every working day and builders overlooking the property. Hopeless for a relaxing vacation.

The bad outweighed the good. Villa, nearby shops, beach and restaurants all good.

a very minor point , the upstairs shower, lovely as it was , was prone to leaking . had to create a towel dam 😊

the villa has so much to offer, a mix of families and friends we had a fab stay. the neighbouring reception at the apartments helped us with any hiccups we experienced and responded straight away to our enquiries. a thoroughly enjoyable stay ! thank you 😊
