The villa has everything you need and more. Lots of pots and pans, hair dryers, two bathrooms. So clean and well kept. In such and amazing place, not even a minute away from supermarkets nice and easy drive from airport. Second time here and will definitely come back:)

Leaving was the worst part :)

We had an amazing time at Villa Charlotte. The location was very handy close to shops and good restaurants, and the beach just a minute away was very convenient. The villa itself was lovely and clean and spacious and had everything you could ever need from a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing table, and even hairdryers. The highlight was the outdoor experience with a bbq and a refreshing pool for the hot days, and our family loved getting competitive using the pool table and cards provided. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Nothing to dislike.

In a very good location, everything needed was within walking distance. Supermarket, restaurants, gift shops were literally out of the gate and down the path, within throwing distance, but it was still very quiet. The pool area was great, got the sun all day. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away. A lovely promenade to go for a stroll. The property itself was very clean. Everything in it you could possibly need when on vacation. The beds were comfy and plenty of room in the bedrooms. Alex came to meet us at the villa, which I thought was a lovely touch. Had a problem with the tv (my mistake) and messaged Alex who’s response was very quick and sorted. I would highly recommend this villa if wanting to be in that area of Lanzarote. We will definitely return in the near future.

There was nothing we didn’t like everything was excellent

The property was very well maintained and very spacious. The pool was a lovely temperature and well looked after by Alejandro who also always got back to us promptly if we needed anything. We would have no hesitation in booking this Villa again. The proximity to everything was also great.

towels and linen only changed once in two weeks , Wi-Fi is very poor .

Pool could have better access (for us older people) Otherwise, great villa and great location. Would not let that put us off coming back. We all had a wonderful stay.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. If I was being picky maybe a couple of suggestions - bigger table outside (suitable for 6 people) and mirrors in the bedrooms but neither are a deal breaker, villa is great, would definitely stay again.

Loves the property - spacious, modern, comfortable in a great central location for a villa, no car needed. the table tennis table and pool table where a huge hit with the family

Honestly there is nothing I would change about the villa

You couldn’t ask for more in a holiday villa. Each room was clean and spacious, and very nicely decorated recently. Outside area and pool were fantastic and got sunshine all day. Kitchen is well equipped. Owner is lovely and came to meet us on our first day, and left a lovely gift. The location is perfect, 1-2 minute walk to beach, restaurants and supermarket. If you’re looking at this property, book now, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely exceptional villa. Recently renovated to a fabulous standard. Well laid out and tastefully decorated pictures are not up to date so was a great surprise when we arrived. Pool was fantastic and cleaned regularly by fantastic host Alejandro. Location is perfect, directly across from Matagorda Centro Commercial with great bars and restaurants. So good we have booked to return. A really exceptional service from host from start to finish.

The location for this villa is simply perfect. The villa had everything you could think of. Spacous and clean, very keen to stay again.

The property was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect as close to the beach and local shops but able to walk into the main parts easily. Private pool, table tennis and pool table for use. It is perfect for couples or families wanting to enjoy their holiday in their own private space.

There were a few things that could be improved of course, but it was value for money - and worth every penny we paid.

We loved our week here . The photos don't do it justice, it's a great size. The living/kitchen area is at the opposite end of the property to the bedrooms, so no one was disturbed by early risers. The outside space is beautiful, with a great sea view from the terrace and the pool table an excellent addition. The kitchen was kitted out well enough for basic meals (eggs for breakfast etc), but not so well for anything big for the 5 of us but with some excellent restaurants nearby, we didn't mind. Fast and clear communication from the host. Spotlessly clean; the pool was being cleaned when we arrived, and was cleaned twice during our stay with prior notice. So easy for the airport as very close. The local cheese and wine gifts were very much appreciated. We rarely used the air conditioning as the property is so cool inside but the couple of times we did, it was very effective. A few tips - We brought insulated cups with us, great for keeping drinks cool in the heat. We also brought microfibre towels for the beach/pool - easy to clean and quick to dry (towels are included for the bathrooms only) An extension lead or two helps if your family/group have a lot of gadgets; one room in particular was very short on plug sockets.

Villa Charlotte is in an excellent location . Handy for local bars / restaurants and supermarkets . There was a lovely bootle of chilled local wine in the fridge as well as cheese , biscuits and fruit. lovely surprise
